The entrance to this 35 m² apartment opens into a bright, elegantly decorated space.
The living room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, a television, and a desk, perfect for relaxing or working.
The dining area features a table that can seat up to three guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare your meals: oven, kettle, toaster, and more.
The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), made up with high-quality hotel linens. The windows are equipped with electric blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Closets are available for you to store your belongings and make yourself at home.
The attached bathroom features a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also provided.
You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.
All you have to do is unpack and enjoy!
Guests will have access to the entire home!

The Saint-Louis Hospital neighbourhood, located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, is known for its medical history and lively atmosphere. Explore the area surrounding the historic hospital, built in the 17th century by Louis XIII, and stroll through streets lined with cafés, bakeries, and small shops. Enjoy a peaceful walk along the nearby Canal Saint-Martin. The Saint-Louis Hospital district offers a fascinating blend of history, local life, and Parisian charm.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Château Landon (line 7), is just a 3-minute walk.
CDG Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
