We absolutely loved our stay with the Constantines! They were so accommodating, friendly and helpful, left us lovely cookies and showed us around the local area. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and the location was amazing - we walked to the beach every day and popped to local wineries and farms. Can't wait to come back!

The apartment was lovely. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Manny & Amal are excellent hosts and provided lots of incidentals to make us feel at home. The landscaping is beautiful and so calming and peaceful as well. The local beach and sunsets were great! Lots to do in the area with wineries, breweries, parks, and restaurants. Great hosts in North Fork

We meet Manny when we arrived at the property and he showed us around and gave us great tips on things to do and beaches to visit, his wife found out it was my wife's birthday and she made her a special dessert. It was a great time.

Pleasant stay

Everything was great! Manny and Amal are wonderful hosts. Very clean, beach, short walk or drive with beautiful sunsets and close to all the places we came to visit. Mattituck has quaint little main village type downtown, worth visiting, very good food, and friendly people.

Wonderful Place

We had a terrific time and the location was terrific! This property is extremely clean and comfortable and the owners are friendly, hospitable and great resources about the neighborhood. My grandfather came to Mattituck in the early 1950's to retire. As a child I have fond memories of spending summers here, fishing with my grandfather, going to the beach and playing ball with my summer friends. Each year we would reacquaint and to this day many of us are still coming out in the summer. In 2007 I retired with my wife and began the process of building this home as my year round residence.
