Minutes to Riverhead Big Box and Tanger Outlet shopping, 3 beaches, farm to table restaurants, wineries, breweries, bicycling, golf, boating, farms, orchards, shopping and antiquing on the North Fork. Just minutes walk to 6 outstanding restaurants, 6 wineries including 2 of the top 5 of the 56 wineries on the North Fork and Hampton Jitney bus service to Manhattan. Free parking for 2 cars. Free swimming, tennis and basketball privileges at the Town beach and a free wine tour in your car for each month.

Thoughtful hosts

Nadia & Alan were warm & accommodating hosts and the small cottage had many helpful amenities. It is a nice quiet location close to beaches & North Fork vineyards & we enjoyed our short stay!

A Wonderful Stay!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in the cottage. The community and its rich history was an unexpected surprise. With a location that was perfect for North Fork activities and a decor that was delightful - we give this property and its exceptional owner, Alan an A plus.

Wonderful Getaway

Lovely stay on the North Fork!

Nadia and Alan are gracious hosts who have thought of every detail. The cottage was a perfect home for me as I worked on many Zoom calls with no difficulty. The location was great as I was able to walk to the town for small meals and also to a local restaurant that was delightful. Highly recommend and have fun in NoFo!

Perfect Place to See Long Island

We had never been to Long Island and wanted to do several different things. Wineries and restaurants within walking distance and so is a beach. Montauk was just a short drive away, great place to rent bikes and see beautiful landscape, eat at great restaurants and hangout at the Montauk Brewery!!

Peaceful and lovely

The cottage is a beautiful outhouse on the property with all amenities you will ever need. Alan and Nadia are gracious and communicative hosts. I would definitely recommend!

Comfy and Cozy

My friend and I had a lovely time! We needed a getaway to do some crafting away from husband's and kids and this place was perfect! Alan was so sweet and accommodating to our needs and wants. Thank you for everything!

Rustic cottage for two on a wooded lot

Nice little cottage walking distance to the waterfront and main street in Jamesport. Close drive to wineries and North Fork sites. Being in a wooded location it was very private. WIFI worked great but few TV stations were available (not a concern since we weren't there to watch TV). Host were great, lived nearby and gave us a nice bottle of wine when we checked in.

Excellent house! I will go again!

Everything was easily accessible and the hosts were very accommodating! There was shampoo and body wash in the shower/tub and a bottle of wine for us on the table !!! Wine opener, tons of dishes and cups, wine glasses, cold fresh water in the refrigerator, drip coffee maker, washer and dryer in bathroom, pull out sofa and separate bedroom can fit four adults or a family of four, plenty of seating in living room, definitely enough room on floor for blow up mattress if both beds are occupied. Easily accessible to downtown Jamesport and shops or wineries. What more could you ask for!! I LOVED the host’s eclectic decorations! Fabulously mismatched decor!! Love it! If you want something modern, this isn’t your place. But, I don’t like modern! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! You thought of everything! We will come again when in the area!

I cannot thank our hosts enough! Very helpful with things to do and the cottage was so nice even treated us to a bottle of Pindar! Cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Wonderful getaway

Perfect Weekend

Alan and Nadia were wonderful hosts and the cabin was clean and very charming. The location was almost too perfect to be true. We enjoy the exercise and were close enough to the bay, 3 restaurants and 4 wineries to be able to walk to them. We didn’t get to them all, but did get 3 “hikes” in. We were happy with our stay and would consider it again when we are back in the neighborhood.

Great Location for touring wineries!

Cute and quaint stay, that full filled our needs for a visit to local wineries. Very nice greeting with a bottle of wine from a local place. We were on the run fitting in wineries, so we didn’t cook or hang out. We literally just slept there and with a chill in the air, we had no complaints about being toasty. The hot water in the shower was also plentiful.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Alan and Nadia met us at check in and were very nice. They live nearby so they are able to assist at any moment. The place is perfect for a quick weekend getaway. It is in a quiet area, clean, and a short distance to anything you need, including the vineyards! We would stay here again! Highly recommended.

Quiet and charming!

Lovely stay, close to the water, restaurants and town! Would love to stay longer but had to return home to my dog! To bad pets are not allowed.
