This bright and warm single-story house is the ideal place for relaxing holidays with family or friends.

With an area of approximately 70 m², the house offers all the necessary comfort to feel at home:
Two bedrooms with double beds, carefully decorated.
Large living room with dining area and piano, for moments of sharing and conviviality.
Fully equipped open kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and everything needed to cook like at home.
The bright living area opens onto the garden and creates a peaceful atmosphere, conducive to relaxation.

The large enclosed garden of 548 m², with trees and no overlooking neighbors, is a true haven of tranquility:
