Chalet by the lake, Germany

Our newly built bungalow for 6 persons located in Untergöhren Beautifully and quietly situated not far from the Fleesensee (300m) one of the largest lakes in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Wide open fields, deserted avenues, dense forests and a beautiful beach invite you to relax and unwind. The Fleesensee forms part of the Müritz-Elde waterway. This contiguous lake, river and canal area is an ideal water sports area due to its diversity. In addition, the community Göhren-Lebbin has a total of 72 holes over the largest contiguous golf and tennis facility in Europe.

Chalet on the lake:
On the ground floor of our newly built house you will find the cozy living room with fireplace and underfloor heating and the dining area for 6 people. Also here is the utility room and a guest WC. On the upper floor, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet is available and the 3 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, underfloor heating and laminate flooring. The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue to stay. The property is fenced and free parking is available.   Important Information ! The tenant is liable to the landlord for any damage to the rented property and its equipment caused culpably by himself or by a roommate, visits, etc..

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 00:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Sehr komfortables Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch sehr gut. Das Wasser ist fußläufig oder mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erste Wahl

Sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Abläufe sehr rational und unkompliziert. Bebauung vor Ort etwas eng, wie im gesamten Gebiet. Aber das schmälert den Gesamteindruck nicht. Reverenz. Für zwei Familien erste Wahl.

In wirklich allen Belangen ist das kleine Chalet als Top einzustufen und zu bewerten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr entspannt und einfach. Sonderwünsche wie Allergiker-Bettzeug (wurde sogar neu angeschafft), kurzfristiges buchen von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, das war alles kein Problem. Die Ausstattung war exzellent (besonders die Küche). Die Zimmer sehr sauber, die Lage sehr ruhig und nah am Wasser. Ich kann das Chalet nur weiterempfehlen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir nächstes Jahr nochmal "einchecken".
