2 room apartment in the beautiful Würm Valley

The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a villa in Krailling. It has a bedroom with a 1.80 * 2.00 m - double bed and a living room with a sofa bed (extendable to 1.40 * 2.00 m). The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is a very large wraparound balcony facing south and east. There is everything you need to feel good: duvets, towels, TV, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The bathroom has a window, a toilet and a shower cabin.
Street shoes are parked in the entrance area. No street shoes are worn in the apartment. It makes sense to bring your own slippers.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It is an excellent property and really beautiful. We loved the area and really enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication with the property owner and located close enough to Munich to really benefit our stay. We made our way to so many wonderful sites. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Munich.

Ruhige und funktionale FW mit sehr guter Anbindung zu München

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Die Übergabe erfolgte problemlos durch den Vermieter, der jederzeit bei eventuell auftretenden Problemen erreichbar war; benötigten wir nicht. Eine hübsch und funktional eingerichtete FW, in absoluter Ruhe. Die Anbindung nach München ist quasi um die Ecke. Wer dann noch Natur braucht, ein schöner Wald ist ebenfalls ums Eck.
