Bright, nearly centrally located holiday apartment with a cosy west-facing terrace on Lake Starnberg.
This 3-room apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area and is also very well connected.

Parking is available in front of the holiday apartment.

Hiking and skiing areas are easily accessible (Ammersee, Pilsensee, Osterseen, Blomberg, Brauneck, Zugspitze, and many more)

- About a 5-minute walk to the Starnberg Nord train station (S-Bahn direct to city centre Munich or, in the other direction, to Tutzing. From there, you can take the Regio train to Garmisch/Partenkirchen in the Alpine foothills)

- About a 5-minute walk to the Aumüller bakery and breakfast restaurant, Edeka, Rewe, tennis courts, or paddle tennis.

- About a 15- to 20-minute walk to Lake Starnberg (indoor pool, Bürgerpark, and Percha Beach swimming area).

Absolute Empfehlung – Preis-Leistung top!Wir haben während der Wiesn in dieser Ferienwohnung in Starnberg übernachtet und waren rundum zufrieden. Gerade für diesen Zeitraum war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut top.Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Lage: Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man unkompliziert und schnell nach München – für unseren Wiesn-Aufenthalt war das perfekt.Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Besonders positiv war unser Erlebnis nach der Abreise: Ich hatte etwas in der Ferienwohnung vergessen. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat wurde super schnell und völlig unkompliziert eine Lösung gefunden. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und hat unseren positiven Eindruck noch einmal bestätigt.Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen!

Eine sehr großzügig eingerichtet Wohnung mit viel Stauraum. Sehr sauber und funktionell. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgesprochen gut. Er war für alle Fragen gut erreichbar.
