Très jolie maison Arcachonaise et joliment rénovée récemment. Très propre.Cuisine et salle de bain très bien aménagées. Très bons lits et oreillers. SDB avec odeurs d'égout.Petite terrasse toute en longueur où l'on ne peut se tenir qu'à 3/4 personnes.Le canapé et la table pour manger sont collés dans la cuisine ce qui pose problème pour s'y tenir car la pièce n'est pas grande. On ne peut pas rafraîchir la maison exposée plein soleil quand il fait très chaud, pas de fenêtre dans une chambre, petite fenêtre dans une autre, grandes portes fenêtres dans la chambre qui donne à 1m de la piste cyclable donc pas d'intimité possible si on ouvre.

Je suis content que vous ayez trouvez des points positifs à notre logement malgré la semaine caniculaire .
Par contre je ne peux pas vous laisser dire trop de betises
Sur les photos on peut se rendre compte que la fenêtre de la chambre se situe non pas à 1 metre à plus de 3 metres de la piste cyclable ce qui peut permettre de prendre l'air et se faire des grillades sur la plancha . Quand à l'odeur dans la salle de bain elle ne peut venir que de celui qui l'a utilisé précédemment .
