Superbe sejour

La maison est idealement située proche des plages, des commerces et de la gare. L accueil de la proprietaire est excellent et elle a promptement réglé un probleme de plomberie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le seul bemol etant le lit de la chambre d'ami qui etait un peu trop mou à mon goût.

Très bon séjour dans la Villa Babeth

Excellent séjour dans la Villa Babeth. La maison est très agréable, bien équipée (très bonne literie), bien située entre le centre ville d'Arcachon, les plages et le centre d'Aiguillon. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Maison bien située et au calme

Les moins : - parking dans la rue (mais secteur tranquille) ; - demander la barre qui permet de fermer l'arrière de la maison qui donne dans la véranda, car le verrouillage de celle-ci est perfectible ; - l'accès à Internet n'a pas été possible pendant plus d'une semaine, malgré les efforts de la propriétaire auprès de son opérateur et sa bonne communication sur le sujet. Les plus : - demeure bien située, dans un joli quartier, très calme, à un petit quart d'heure de la plage ; - maison agréable, grandes chambres bien meublées et décorées avec sobriété ; couchages de bonne qualité ; équipement électroménager correct ; vaisselle et couverts ok et bien fournis ; - jardin privatif très agréable à l'arrière du terrain ; - propriétaire très à l'écoute et réactive ; remise accordée sur le prix de la location après les difficultés de connexion Internet. Conclusion : une location en famille ou entre amis agréable et à recommander.

Maison bien placée mais mal équipée.

La maison est très bien située, proche des commerces, du bassin, de ses plages et du port, ce qui est très pratique. Jardin agréable et véranda pratique. Par contre, la maison est "dans son jus", certains critères ne répondent pas à une bonne location : literie de mauvaise qualité, cuisine mal pratique avec un frigo d'un autre temps, et des portes fenêtres sur extérieur qui ne ferment plus correctement... Cette maison mérite quelques aménagements et améliorations pour devenir une bonne location.

Cher Monsieur, je prend note de vos observations, et demande à l'entreprise de revoir la fermeture des baies vitrées de la véranda. Depuis la cuisine a été changée. ainsi que les literies des chambres 1 et 2 lits en 140 et 160. Pour la chambre avec les 2 lits en 90 ces derniers ont été changés en 2019. Régulièrement des travaux d'entretien sont réalisés, passant également d'agréables moments dans cette maison, actuellement une entreprise refait des peintures. Bien cordialement
