Apartment of 38m² refurbished with private garden. Accommodation located in a quiet one-way street, on the first floor of a small building, close to the city center and all shops, 10 minutes walk from the historic district, sports facilities including the aquatic center and the banks of the Allier. 7 minutes by car from the SNCF train station and the National Center for Stage Costume and 30 minutes from the Parc Le Pal.
Parking on the street is easy and free.

Ideal for 2 but still possible to accommodate 2 additional people thanks to the sofa bed. The accommodations are composed of a spacious bedroom with 160X200 bed, open kitchen (fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...) overlooking the living room with its sofa bed (136x190). Bathroom with toilet, Italian shower and sink with vanity unit. Landing with large cupboard where the washing machine is located.
