Luxurious Open Concept Home with Fabulous Backyard Entertainment Area

Built in 2018, this home was recently purchased by a Designer and Contractor who have taken it to the next level! The open concept floor plan has 20' ceilings in the living/dining/ kitchen area with additional bar seating. Everything in the home is new - high-end beds and bedding, bathroom linens, living and dining room furniture/accessories. There are Designer touches in every room with an extensive collection of art from the owners' private collection. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. The lovely backyard has a fabulous 20'X20' deck complete with dining furniture and extra seating. The front porch has charming outdoor seating as well. There is a two car garage with additional driveway parking. This 1629 sq. ft. home is spacious yet cozy with its light airy feeling.

The house was pretty, comfortable, well-stocked with necessities, and 15 minutes from Santa Fe. We loved having a garage for our car and a backyard for sitting outdoors. In addition, hot water was instant and the house cooled comfortably. Lovely place for exploration of Santa Fe and Los Alamos.

Very nice!!!

Very nice, comfortable home. Would stay again next time we are in Santa Fe. Only suggestion would be that the Master Bed Room have a KING Bed. We are spoiled, I know. Lovely home in quiet neighborhood.

Lovely house, great location

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this home in Santa Fe. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. It was great having access to the garage especially since the weather was a mix of snow, rain.& strong winds . Our host Christa was wonderful. She answered all our questions and gave excellent dining recommendations. I hope we will get to stay there again someday.

A GREAT place for an extended weekend!

We really enjoyed our trip to Santa-Fe. We have typically stayed in town but decided to stay a little further out this time and did not regret it one minute. The commute in and out of town was easy, we were close to the Santa Fe Brewing Company which was fun too. The property was excellent and the ability to park in the garage was a real bonus as we had storms while we were there. Don't think twice about this property as you might miss out on a great place to stay while visiting Santa Fe New Mexico.

We found that In Santa Fe's tight housing market there are few flipping opportunities, so we decided to do a luxury short-term rental property instead. We purchased an adorable home built in 2018 and have added the design and luxury touches that make our property fun and inviting.

The home was nearly new and there were very few issues that needed work other than a cosmetic facelift.

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet is close to shopping and dining. The property is near Highway 599, close to the Santa Fe airport and is easily accessible if traveling from the Albuquerque airport. It is a short drive from the Plaza and has easy accessibility if heading north or south in New Mexico.
