The front door of this 106 m² apartment on high level with lift opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa and a television.

The dining area includes a table that seats up to six guests. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

Two bedrooms have queen-size beds (160x200), while the third bedroom offers two single beds, ideal for children. All beds are carefully made with hotel-quality linens.

Closets are available to store your belongings and help you feel right at home.

The bathroom features a sink, a big mirror, a bathtub, and a shower. The toilet is separate. A washing machine is also available.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Please note that the apartment is not adapted for people with reduced mobility, as there are a few steps to access to the property.

At its heart stands the impressive Église de la Madeleine, built in a neoclassical style reminiscent of a Greek temple. Just steps away, you’ll find luxury boutiques, renowned pastry shops like Fauchon and Ladurée, and charming Parisian cafés. Its close proximity to iconic landmarks such as the Opéra Garnier, the Champs-Élysées, and Place de la Concorde makes it an ideal starting point for exploring Paris on foot. It’s a chic neighbourhood, lively during the day yet peaceful in the evening—perfect for a stay that combines comfort and discovery.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Saint-Augustin (line 9), is just a 6-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
