Off-street parking is just the start! This cozy apartment is perfect for a stay in Boston without staying “in Boston”. Close to trains, extremely roomy, very comfortable beds!

Lovely home, beautiful wood floors. Property was clean and looked as photos show in listing. Easy parking & easy to access to airport & downtown Boston. Only thing I would note is that if someone is traveling with mobility issues it is not be easy to get into.

Very nice property. Very well maintained. I especially appreciated the off street parking and the motion detector lights.The pillows were a bit on the hard side. House keeping did not empty the dishwasher. They also missed dirty utensils in the drawer.I really enjoyed my stay at the property with my daughter.

A big plus is parking on premises. The host is responsive and responsible. If there is a drawback it is the lack of grass for dog relief walks. It’s an urban area. The good news is Neponset Trail just seven minutes away. And Quincy Dog Park 15 minutes away was good for dog exercise. In all, it’s a good place and was a good experience.

Close to train station, parking is off street, you can hear the neighbors upstairs running across the floor but it’s an authentic Boston Triple Decker experience:)

A strange odor existed after several hours upon arrival masked initially by a pleasant smell upon first arrival. I must say that the tub is steep to get in and very slippery when taking a shower. The ceiling fan only had one speed and was controlled by a light switch. Unable to lower the speed of the fan. Otherwise the property was clean and quiet.

Hi Bob The upstairs guests must have been cooking something upstairs. Cleanliness, safety and comfort are our priorities!! The bathroom is equipped with multiple safety bars for our guests. A tub mat will be added in the tub. I apologize for the inconvenience.

It was a very nice place...one thing is there needs to be something put on the bottom of the bathtub it was very slippery ..It was a little noisy from the upstairs tenants..besides that we liked the place

Apartment was very nice. Classic Boston neighborhood with lots of duplex houses. Nice neighborhood and we (two women) felt very safe. Floors and doors a bit squeaky but not an issue for us. You do hear upstairs neighbors but not loud at all and was totally quiet at bedtime (11:00pm for us!). House was only 6 miles from downtown but the traffic! Soccer was happening so I’m sure that contributed to traffic jams.

Property is quite well located, on a one-way street which makes it hard to mess up. It's nestled in the suburbs, but it's still quite straightforward to get both into Boston and the Greater Massachusetts area. The Off street parking is quite generous, and can easily support even very large vehicles, from my experience (but there is a limit to what could turn in/out of the street itself).The space itself was quite useful, effectively an entire 2bd apartment, so you have quite a lot of options for your stay. There was a cot stored in the kitchen, that is quite useful if someone needs an extra, separate bed. There seemed to be cameras on the exterior of the building as well, if you are worried about trespassers, which is good peace of mind.As I stayed in the summer, the window unit AC's were both very nice and entirely sufficient for the weather. If you expect to hang out in the central areas, you definitely want to turn them on early than not. But for the bedrooms, they are more than enough even right at bed time.There wasn't an obvious recycling bin in the unit, but the bins outside were more than sufficient. We also had no issue having food delivery arrive to the location, and the area seemed to have fairly decent coverage for both food option and fuel.
