Walking distance to Lake Sumter Landing, where you will find shopping, restaurants and nightly live entertainment every night in Sumpter’s Landing square. About 1 block to Virginia Trace pool. This house is centrally located and easily accessible to either Spanish Springs or Brownwood Squares. Come and experience life in The Villages from this 3 bedroom 2 bath designer home. The living room is equipped with a 65" smart TV with wifi. The master suite has a very comfortable queen size adjustable bed, with a wall mounted 43" TV and door to the lanai. A guest room with a queen bed and a den with a sofa bed. The house has an open floor plan with a screen enclosed lanai that is fully furnished, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. With a $50 per person Temporary resident ID purchased from The Villages, you can enjoy all the benefits of home ownership, such as free golf at the 40 executive golf courses (minimal fee charged per person when using a golf cart), golfing at the 12 championship courses requires additional fees, swim at any of the recreation center pools, play tennis, pickleball or sign up and participate in over 2000 organized clubs and activities.
Note. Smart tvs with firesticks no cable.

7 Days in The Villages

The house is beautiful, but there is no cable for the TV, everything is through the internet and streaming, so if the internet goes out (which it did), or you are not familiar with streaming, you are out of luck. The owners did not make or offer Guest ID Passes for golf or the pool so these activities were not available to us. Over all, we had a wonderful time, and the house is beautiful, we would revisit.

Great house and location.

Thoroughly loved the rental house and location. It was in excellent condition and Cecilia provided several items I didn't expect to be available (and I forgot to bring). Would not hesitate to go back!

The house had just been put on the rental market and, consequently, there were a few issues to be ironed out. The owners were responsive and took care of issues as they arose. Overall, we were quite pleased with the house and the Owner/Renter relationship. Its location, just southwest of Lake Sumpter Landing, is a wonderful spot to be.

The Villages has more of those goods, services and other amenities per capita than most places in Florida.
