- Dining room & living room: A beautiful open-plan living space with a large table, a cozy living room with contemporary tones, a comfortable sofa, a TV, and direct access to the terrace, pool, and garden.
Separate toilet

First floor:

- Master bedroom: Spacious, it has a private balcony with views of the mountains and the pool, accessible directly from the bedroom.
- Bedroom 2: Equipped with a single bed, perfect for a child or a single adult.
- Bedroom 3: Furnished with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people.
- Bathroom: A first bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and towel dryer.
A second bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet, and storage space.

• Basic items are provided: oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, dish soap, dish towels, etc. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay.

Private parking is available on site. La Biolle is easily accessible by car and well located for exploring the surrounding area. For public transportation, Aix-les-Bains is nearby, with a train station serving the main cities in the region.

## Notes

You can feed our two chickens during your stay—in exchange, they will provide you with fresh eggs every morning.
And for garden lovers, enjoy the vegetable garden: you are welcome to water the plants and harvest seasonal fruits and vegetables as you wish. A simple, local pleasure!
