Our apartment is in the prettiest and most popular common around Aix-Les-Bains, Tresserve.
In a residential area, the Colette villa, surrounded by green areas, offers a magnificent view of Revard and the Dent du Chat.
Colette villa is a house from the 19th century, recently renovated with 6 apartments, with a large 15 meter swimming pool awaits you.
The apartment is a duplex with:
- On the ground floor, a kitchen, a seating area + a dining room and a toilet.
- Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds + 1 bathroom with shower.
A garden of almost 300 m2, a spacious terrace and a barbecue will end up giving you the impression of being at home.

We hebben 2 fijne weken gehad in dit mooie ruime appartement met een mooi goed onderhouden zwembad erbij Op loop afstand verderop in de staat zit een leuke bakkerij waar ze lekkere broodjes etc verkopen.

Appartement parfait pour 4 personnes, bien situé ,dans un cadre très agréable . Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine ,facile d accès, pendant la période de canicule . seul bémol : nous ne nous sommes pas senti les bienvenus à cause de remarques de voisins copropriétaires peu tolérants.

Très belle vue sur la montagne environnante, la terrasse est très agréable et équipé avec un barbecue, table chaise pour manger en extérieur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié passer du temps à l'extérieur. Appartement bien équipé avec piscine juste à coté. Très bon accueil de Véronique qui présente l'appartement et les détails pour le parking. Propriétaire disponible et qui prend contact avec le locataire en début de location par téléphone. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans la région du lac du bourget. Il y a beaucoup d'endroit à visiter et découvrir. Nous recommandons cet appartement qui proche de toutes les commodités en quelques minutes en voitures.

Nouvel An à Aix les Bains

La réservation s'est effectuée sans souci. Angelo, le propriétaire, nous a contacté pour préciser l'arrivée. Il nous a mis en contact avec Véronique qui se charge de l'arrivée et du départ et avec qui nous avons eu un excellent contact. L'appartement est très bien situé dans la ville de Tresserve, à deux pas du centre ville d'Aix les Bains et du Lac. La vue est imprenable sur le Revard et l'emplacement est très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille.

Prima appartement

Dit is een prima appartement met een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het is rustig gelegen en je hebt veel privacy. Het zwembad is heerlijk en wordt goed onderhouden. Let op: er zijn geen handdoeken en bedlinnen aanwezig en ook niet te huur. Bij het appartement hoort een tuin maar die is hard aan een opknapbeurt toe. Nu is het een fantasieloos veldje waar onkruid binnenkort tot je knieën staat maar er valt veel van te maken! Zeker omdat het binnen een beetje donker is, wil je graag buiten zijn en dan is de tuin van belang. Al met al hebben wij hier een heel fijne week doorgebracht en ik zou het anderen zeker aanbevelen.

Un sejour magnifique

Nous avons passé un super sejour dans l appartement des proprietaires. L appartement est fonctionnel, la cuisine est tres bien équipée. Il y a un garage fermé. L appartement est mieux que sur les photos. La piscine est vraiment grande. Elle est partagée avec les autres occupants de la résidence, c'est l'idéal pour les enfants pour se faire des copains. Je recommande fortement. Il manque juste lave linge pour mettre 5 étoiles.
