The flat is particularly quiet and opens onto a private patio. Perfect for 2 people, a double bed is located on the mezzanine with a slightly lowered ceiling.
The flat has top-of-the-range equipment for a comfortable and practical stay in the heart of the city: Nespresso coffee, linen, Speaker bluetooth bulb, flat screen, candle on remote control...
Museums, theaters, cinemas, restaurants, bars and shops in its immediate surroundings.
DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3,30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
INTERACTION WITH TRAVELERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with an extra charge of 10 euros per additional hour.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
From Mérignac airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac airport stop to the Palais de Justice stop and walk 8 minutes.
From the Gare Saint Jean :
Take tramway C or D from Gare St Jean to Place de la Bourse and walk 8 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking "Centre Commercial Mériadeck" is located 500 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is €19 for half a day.
