Den stora, bekväma 4. 5 rum lägenhet (2-6 pers.) Ligger på 2: a. Våningen i ett hyreshus. Lugnt, soligt, centralt läge med utsikt över de omgivande bergen. Lägenheten är mycket rymlig och har gott om plats för en avkopplande vistelse. Från den stora balkongen har du en klar utsikt mot söder och väster.
Tre sovrum (ett med dubbelsäng, ett med två sängar och ett med en stor enkelsäng). Barnsäng och barnstol på begäran

Fun in Fiesch

This apartment was wonderfully located (less than a 5 minute walk to board the gondolas to Fiescheralp, and also the Fiesch train depot). Easy walk to the Coop and to Migros for groceries, the local bakery and several restaurants. Communication with Valeria, the property manager, was very smooth. The apartment had everything needed to settle in and make meals, a large balcony for sitting and admiring a church in Fiesch and a church in Ernen, a very nice full bathroom and a half bath, and wonderful views from every window. Valeria also provided us with fresh eggs (from her own chickens) and some very tasty homemade jam. Our only regret is that we didn’t realize when we made our travel plans that late May is still off season, meaning several of the lifts to various mountains were closed, as were most of the restaurants that are located on those mountains. This includes the cable cars from Fiescheralp to Eggishorn, which was a real disappointment for our family because we had been there before with now deceased family members and wanted to revisit that very special place again. We were, however, able to board cable cars at Morel and take them to Riederalp, and then take the chair lift from Riederalp to Hohfluh for a View Point of the Aletsch Glacier. That was very cool!We aren’t sure when we will make it back to Fiesch, but when we do we will definitely want to stay in Valeria’s apartment again.Thank you, Valeria!The Mannings and Albertsons

Amazing property!!!

Absolutely amazing property. Super spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook for an entire week for a family. It was the cleanest and most comfortable place we have stayed in! And the garden out front overlooking the mountains is very calming. Highly Recommended! We hope to be back next summer!

Summer in the Swiss Alps

We were very late booking our holiday this year so were delighted to see that Bamatta was available, having spent a lovely week there two years ago. This time we chose to spend our whole two week holiday in Fiesch, and also to fly to Geneva and rent a car rather than driving all the way from England, The apartment was as lovely as we remembered- perfectly clean and comfortable. With a two week stay we ate more meals at home, so we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and central location - the supermarket, bakery and butcher/deli are a few minutes' walk away. We explored some different places this time, both close to Fiesch and further away. We particularly enjoyed walking at Bellwald and the challenging drive over the Furka pass to Andermatt. We also visited Luzern, the Simplon Pass area and Zermatt, and had some quiet days relaxing on the balcony in the sunshine. Overall we had a lovely two weeks and we'd like to thank Valeria for maintaining such a lovely apartment.

Prachtige ruime, schone en complete woning. Goede ligging ten opzichte van het dorp.

Zeer comfortabele woning. Goed geïsoleerd. WiFi was echter slecht. Terwijl de reviews zo goed waren. Gaf ook mede doorslag om deze woning te gaan huren. Helaas! Het vereist wel enige rijvaardigheid om ongeschonden bij je woning te kunnen komen, maar het is ons gelukt! Wel moesten wij als plattelanders erg wennen aan alle geluiden. Er gaat dagelijks meerdere keren een trein achter het huis langs. De 4 koeien achter het huis in het land met koebellen klonken nog wel gezellig. De beek was redelijk rustgevend, maar de kerkbellen waren echt verschrikkelijk!!! Ieder kwartier gaan ze. En soms wel een half uur achter elkaar. Zo genoeg geklaagd! De woning was echt super mooi en compleet. Erg schoon! Bedden lagen lekker, alleen een eigen kussen meenemen is toch wel een aanrader! Heerlijke douche! Grote tuin met fruitbomen. Je kunt lopend naar alle winkels. De luftseilbahn naar de Eggishorn/Aletschgletsjer gaat langs de vakantie woning. We kregen van de eigenaar van het huis een kortingsbon van 50 Franken voor deze seilbahn, dat was echt een mooi cadeautje! Aardige eigenaars. Je kunt er tegen betaling je was doen. Ideaal. Wel een beetje raar dat de Zwitserse tv zenders het niet deden....Wij hebben in Zwitserland gewoond en kunnen dus ook het ZwitserDuits verstaan. Wij vonden het jammer! Er was geen radio trouwens. Al met al een prima woning. Wij zouden niet weer voor Fiesch kiezen in de zomer. Voor kinderen/pubers weinig tot niets te doen. Dorp was niet uitnodigend en was ook s'avonds erg leeg. Kan mij voorstellen dat, wanneer het daar een goede winter is, het voor wintersport liefhebbers een paradijs is.

Spacious clean and tidy with everything we needed

We spent a fantastic 9 nights at the property. The property has breathtaking views with cable cars passing in front and the train to the rear. The flat was clean and practical. We took trains and cable cars the whole time we were there. There are some great walks around and we had no need to drive there at all. Valerie was very helpful and accommodating and the flat was well kitted out. Highly recommended!

Great lodge in a fantatic location

We spent 2 full weeks in this fantastic chalet in Fiesch. The location is very convenient as it is close to all shops, restaurants and cable cars. The chalet has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The flat is extremely clean and has all services you require. The outdoor balcony is very relaxing with an attractive view of the mountains. The owner lives on the first floor and has been extremely helpful during our stay. All together, I would give this apartment/chalet a full 5 stars and would recommend it to any family that wants to spend a great vacation in the Alps. Filip Devogeleer August 2017

Lovely clean property in charming Swiss village

Our family of four (parents plus two older teenage girls) spent a lovely week at this apartment in late July/early August. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Valeria, the owner. She was looking out for us as the entrance is a bit fiddly to negotiate the first time. Valeria lives downstairs and has a wealth of local knowledge so can suggest restaurants and activities as needed. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped with high quality kitchen appliances and immaculately clean. The three bedrooms are of ample size and there is a comfortable sitting room with sofas and TV. We were there during a very hot spell and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony, which enjoys a panoramic view of Fiesch. There's always something to watch (such as cable cars going up and down the mountain, and the train winding it's way along the valley) and of course spectacular mountains. The small town of Fiesch is in a beautiful area - we recommend the family day ticket on the cable cars and trains. We saw the Aletsch glacier and took several walks around the area. We also did some day trips by car - we enjoyed a day in historic Sion, the spectacular Reichenbach Falls (of Sherlock Holmes fame) and Interlaken. The area surrounding the apartment is quiet at night and calm during the day. We do not tolerate noise very well, but were not disturbed in this apartment and slept well. The nearby trains do not run during the night but the church bells do chime in the distance, and the rooster sometimes calls in the morning too. Nothing that woke us too early though. All part of the Switzerland village experience! All in all, a very enjoyable stay with a lovely and attentive host. We would gladly return.

Rundum begeistert!

Wir verbrachten knapp drei Wochen Sommerferien in dieser traumhaften, sonnigen Wohnung. Die moderne Ausstattung ist in top Qualität, sehr sauber und gepflegt. An jedes Detail wurde gedacht – so richtig zum sich wohlfühlen. Gute Wlan Verbindung. Die im gleichen Haus wohnende Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sie gibt gerne Tipps für verschiedene Aktivitäten. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangsort, um das Wandergebiet der Aletsch-Arena, des Gomser- und Binntals zu entdecken. Es liegen zahlreiche Broschüren bereit. Wir waren rundum begeistert und kommen gerne wieder in diese schöne Wohnung in diesem speziellenTal!
