This bungalow is nestled in the heart of Wasatch Hallow Salt Lake City. 30 min from Park City, Snowbird, and other world-class skiing, 5 min to the U and University Hospital, 2 min to the University of Westminster. Can’t beat the location. The home has been newly remodeled, with all new appliances, and decorated with all-new furnishings and West Elm bedding. It has 2 living rooms one upstairs and one downstairs, and king beds in two of the bedrooms. The great neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery, coffee, ice cream, gift, a wonderful bookstore and more..

Has two living areas, one upstairs with an open kitchen and the other downstairs with a 65” TV and game table.

Kitchen and living room have an open-air concept with a bar to sit at. Fully equipped kitchen, providing all of your cooking and dining needs. Take a night off from eating out (sometimes it’s hard to do that with all of the amazing choices we have) OR order take-out and eat around the table with your friends and family!

Pristine house, family friendly. Has several meals there. Laundry and kitchen facilities great. Bunkbeds in kids room were low to ground, so good for the ages.Host was great! Thanks for the welcome!!

The house was in a wonderful location in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood. The house is updated nicely, was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

Great spot!

Ideally located. Comfortable beds, living space and well appointed kitchen. We loved being able to walk to the bakery, grocery, and restaurants. We struggled getting the house to warm up even with the thermostat set higher than normal for us. We just put in extra layers. Also note the outdoor furniture is put away in the winter so we did not use the fire pit. The owner gave us permission to pull til the furniture out if we put it back but it was more hassle than we wanted. We would definitely go back!

A great stay, even for work!

My colleagues and I were in town for a work trip and stayed at this beautiful home. It was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable- we each had enough space to be independent, and the common spaces were comfortable too. The neighborhood is cute and walkable, and close to everything we needed. The homeowner was easy to communicate with and we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay in Salt Lake City

We needed to find housing that would be convenient to the University of Utah hospital for a family members surgery. The house and the host surpassed our expectations!! The property has been co maple Telly remodeled and updated. Just don’t be very tall if you use the basement shower.

Great location and house

Wonderfully charming house in a great location. Well-appointed kitchen and super outside area for relaxing. The house was immaculate and had plenty of everything. Our hostess was very helpful and great to work with. Would definitely book again when back in SLC.

Upstairs/downstairs - very kid friendly

We had three kids, 3, 5 and 8 years old. Downstairs is very kid friendly!! They had their own space and loved the bunkbed room.

Wonderful house

We had a wonderful time staying in this house for a family birthday. The house was beautifully decorated and really wonderful. Great location! The owner also provided us fantastic food and grocery recommendations.

We had a great stay! We loved the family room downstairs as well as on the main level. It was a great separation of space. We also liked the fully equipped kitchen.

Cozy and Cute

This property is part of an adorable neighborhood full of beautiful renovated 100 yo homes. The market and cafe two blocks away were absolutely wonderful. The house has some old home quirks like narrow steep stairs to the basement but the house is so cozy and clean you feel right at home. The beds were dreamy comfortable and we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Stay in a beautiful and convenient part of town

It's really as good as it looks. What you can't see from the photos is the cute tree-lined neighborhood and the great eating options within walking distance.

We want to share our vacation home with you. We have two sons at the U and purchased this home to see them and to use while skiing the great mountains of Utah. Also in the summer to enjoy the flyfishing and mt biking Utah has to offer.
