Disappointed

Mold existed throughout the unit ceiling. Cleaning was rushed due to air conditioning maintenance-late check in, if you closed up this unit, it became overwhelming to breathe when inside. Our throats hurt every morning. The unit needs updates

Bahia del Mar Condo

The view from our first floor unit was splendid. We thoroughly enjoyed watching boats cruising up and down the waterway. The sandy beach right outside our unit was also lovely and a nice place to walk and fish. The exterior was nicely landscaped with palm trees and flowers and the pool and hot tub were just steps from this residence. Inside the unit was a different story. The condo was dated, cluttered and dirty. The rugs and fabric furniture were heavily stained and they smelled. It was evident that previous guests sat on furniture with wet bathing suits. The toilet in the master bath was broken for the first 14 days of our stay, and was only fixed after 4-5 contacts with the management company, Vacasa. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable. The owner had placed a memory foam layer over an older mattress, but it caused dents and divots. Several windows and the front door did not have screens. The listing advertised a fitness room, but we were told that we could not access it. We stayed in this unit for an entire month, and paid a relatively high daily rate, so we were extremely disappointed in its condition and cleanliness. We do not believe it was accurately represented in its listing. The owner should consider updating furniture and carpets before renting again.

Lovely

The location excellent and the views/sunsets were amazing. The condo was perfect but there were a few things that needs attention (the bathroom toilet makes loud noise, the shower in the front needs repair and the screen door needs to be replaced (the tape didn’t last) Overall good

Overall

The pool was closed all but one day. They we’re paving the parking lots so we had to fight to find parking spaces and walk a good ways to our room. The owners were no help .

Extraordinary place for a family vacation

We rented a couple of apartments in the same complex. This is one is by far the best. Especially well maintained and perfectly clean up to the last detail.

Awesome Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our visit and the location is amazing. The access to the pool is great and you are within minutes of public beaches. We had an excellent visit.

Great view and location. Inside could use some love.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in this unit. The location to the pool and beach can not be beat. The neighbors are wonderful. This year, the unit is showing some real signs of wear and tear. The master bedroom carpet needs a shampoo. The master mattress is very uncomfortable. The TV remote did not have batteries. We bought a new light bulb for a light that was out. I cleaned and more deep cleaning could have been done. When I removed the cushions for the hide a bed there were crumbs everywhere. I could go on but I think you understand. We love the area of Isla Del Sol as we have rented for next year but selected another unit.
