Disappointing! Upon arrival, we tried communicating with the host for instructions on how to enter. He sent a video link to another website that was in French instead of written instructions that could be translated . Parking is underground so it was challenge to make the turn and fit our station wagon in the elevator. Then you walk one block down cobblestone to the apartment building. The key is across the street in a lockbox on the ground. The apartment has two locked lobby doors (nice feature) however the listing did not say we would encounter construction in the lobby and hallways. Not cleaned! The walls are damaged, curtains are missing, dishwasher falls out, coffee machine was full of mold, not enough pillows for the three beds, shower floor was installed at such a steep angle that I slipped and fell on my buttocks, but worse than that the water heater went out halfway through the stay and when the host was notified he accused us of running out the reserves tank even after he was told the display said FAULT. Cold showers for three days was not what we paid for. No wine opener. Coffee cup are glass (fyi). The pictures are not accurate representation of what you will actually see. However, The location was safe and had good access, and beds were comfortable, so I sure hope the host takes this review to heart, fixes things, and treats guests better moving forward.
