Holiday house for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, living room with a beautiful fireplace, closed garden, private parking space at the house and fully equipped kitchen.

Two bedrooms are on the upper floor, each with a double and two single beds. Another bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor.

The bright living room borders on the modern and open kitchen as well as on the direct access to the enclosed garden where you can find garden furniture and a parasol on the terrace. The terrace is surrounded by a meadow with surrounding plants.

Bicycles can be stored in the shed adjacent to the house.

There are plenty of shops in the surrounding shops such as Aldi, Smatch, Delhaize and many others.

The beach and promenade are around 1500 meters away.

The annual family trip to De Haan

On and off we have been going on holiday in De Haan for years. For the last 4 years we have stayed at this property and find it convenient and a good location. If you want to go, great, but don't book August, that's when we go.

Au niveau de la location, nous n'avons pas eu de mauvaise surprise, le meublé correspondait à nos attente, tres bien situé proche centre ville.Par contre entre le moment de la reservation et aujourd'hui les informations sur le matériel disponible à notre arrivée à changer:dans l'annonce initiale il etait mentionné draps fournis et serviettes fournies. Or rien de cela etait présents . Depuis ces informations ont été modifiées mais j'ai une photo qui prouve le contraire.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern lief schnell und kompliziert. Bei Rückfragen, hat die Vermieterin innerhalb weniger Minuten auf eine Email reagiert!Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt (super für Ferien mit Hund) und mit ausreichend Hecken umgeben, sodass man von den Nachbarn nicht viel mitbekommt! Insgesamt war es wieder mal ein toller Urlaub in Belgien! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder! Gerne auch wieder in diesem Ferienhaus!

Angenehmes und sauberes Ferienhaus

Die Nähe zum Strand mit 7 min Autofahrt ist sehr gur. Die Betten sind groß und haben gute Matratzen. Die küche bietet das nötigste, wasman braucht. Zwei Gartenliegen waren auch vorhanden, wie auch ein Grill und einem großen Sonnenschirme. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist steil mit sehr schmalen stufen. Dies liegt aber an der bauweise solcher Ferienhäuser. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen tollen urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit den vermietern lief unkompliziert.

Bij binnenkomst troffen wij ongedierte aan in de badkamer, we hebben de badkamer eerst zelf schoon gemaakt voordat we er gebruik van hebben genomen. De douche was of heel koud of bloed heet. Levens gevaarlijk voor als er kleine kinderen onder staan. Hierover contact gehad met de eigenaar. Bediening van de douche hing in de wc. Maar gaf geen verschil. De bedden waren verschrikkelijk, dit was een veren matras. En je lag ook letterlijk op de veren. Ook hierover contact gehad, de oplossing van de eigenaar: we mochten zelf wel even een topper kopen voor 20 euro. Dan zouden we het geld terug krijgen. Het enige wat er voor 20 euro te koop is, zijn incontinentie matjes. Voor ons was dit eenmalig..

Sehr enttäuschend

Die Immobilie war beim eintreffen sehr dreckig und nachweislich durch Bilder nicht wirklich gereinigt. Das betrifft die gesamte Küche. Geschirr war verdreckt und schmierig. Der Kühlschrank hat gestunken so dass mann diesen eine Woche lang nicht nutzen konnte. Das Gefrierfach ist defekt, wie auch andere Teile des Kühlschranks. Er war dreckig und mit Essensresten. Ein Stuhl war defekt und nicht nutzbar. Unter der Couch liegt der Dreck und Haare von Hunden der Vormieter. Im Badezimmer waren das Waschbecken und auch die Ablage verdreckt und mit Zahnpastaresten versehen. Duschamatur sehr wackelig. WC mit Ausscheidungsresten des Vormieters. Unsere Aufgabe bestand darin zuerst geeignetes Putzmaterial zu kaufen und 4 Stunden zu putzen. Die Kommunikation mit mit dem Eigentümer ist schwierig, da er keine Einsicht zeigt. Selbst die klaren Beweisfotos zeigen keine wirkliche Lösungsorientierte Reaktion. Er schrieb zum Beispiel, die Reinigunskraft, welche die Endreinigung angeblich durchgeführt haben soll, würde sich bei uns persönlich melden und vorbeikommen. Realität, keiner war da. In den Zimmern oben war auch der Boden (alter Teppichboden) nicht gereinigt worden. Definitiv keine Empfehlung von uns! Es gibt viel freies Angebot in De Haan, was deutlich sauber und gepflegter aussieht.

Lager und Ausstattung allein genügt leider nicht

Die Lage war sehr schön und die Umgebung gepflegt und ruhig. Das Haus an sich war auch hübsch. Ausstattung war gut. Es fehlte so gesehen an nichts. Nur der Zustand der Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Vor allem die Küchengeräte (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle) waren sehr siffig. Essensreste in der Mikrowelle , Schimmel im Kühlschrank und Sieb von der Spülmaschine war total schmierig und verdreckt. Die Teller klebten aneinander. Waren froh, dass wir Einweggeschirr gekauft hatten. Wc war nicht Sauber (Reste vom Vorgänger) auf Nachfrage bei der Vermieterin kam dann zwar sofort die Reinigungskraft aber in der Kürze der Zeit konnte sie es auch nicht viel besser machen. Die Matratzen/-Bezüge waren auch sehr unansehnlich und schmuddelig.

Ideal gelegenes Ferienhaus

Leider hatten wir nur 2 Tage über Karneval gebucht. Bei schönstem Wetter haben wir die Nähe zum Ort mit gleichzeitiger Ruhe genossen. Der Garten ist, anders als einige Nachbargärten, nicht wirklich einsehbar. Trotz des Reihenhauscharakters hatten wir somit Ruhe und konnten die Sonne auch im Garten genießen. Im Sommer könnte es wohl voll werden. Informationen zu Heizung, Kühlschrank und Müllentsorgung waren jedoch zu spärlich vorhanden. Wir haben uns durchfragen müssen.

romantisme l'été mais pas l'hiver!

Cette maison est située dans un endroit calme. Quartier sécurisé et agréable Mais le descriptif doit être modifié. A notre arrivée, 13° dans l'habitation. Aucune information!! Impossible de faire aller le feu de bois, ...pas de bois ! et surtout pas de précision dans le descriptif! Aucun document explicatif du logement! L'équipement est précaire ( taques électriques vétustes, ustensiles de cuisine pauvres, vaisselle manquante, 1 verre à vin!..) four à micro-ondes placé dans une armoire; il faut l' installer sur l'évier pour l'utiliser!!insécurité totale Quant au nettoyage, 85 € pour un nettoyage superficiel ! filtre à café dans le percolateur avec des moisissures!!! Le linge de maison et les serviettes sont inexistants ! Ce logement doit être réévalué à la baisse car c'est beaucoup trop cher pour le confort offert ! De plus, il faut réellement éviter une location l'hiver . L'installation de chauffage ne permet pas de chauffer le bâtiment décemment! Heureusement nous n'étions que 2 . Impensable à vivre à 6 ! En espérant que nos remarques justifiées puissent améliorer le séjour des futurs locataires. Des photos prises lors du séjour confirment ces dires! Vinciane et Christophe.

Du bien et du moins bien

Points positifs: quartier calme (en hiver) et situé près du centre ville et de la plage (on peut y aller à pieds). Spacieux pour six personnes. La plupart des lits sont confortables. Les photos sont conformes à l'annonce. Le petit jardin clos est agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses (mais fortement mansardées, on peut se cogner et il faut se pencher pour rejoindre le lit). Points négatifs : pas de linge de toilette ni de maison contrairement à ce qui est dit dans l'annonce. Le propriétaire nous a prévenu juste avant mais n'avait pas donné les bonnes dimensions des lits (ce ne sont que des matelas simples dans les chambres). Forte odeur de tabac froid dans la pièce principale. Un radiateur ne fonctionne pas dans une des chambres (les radiateurs sont très vieux, style "grille pain"). Impossible d'en brancher un car le fil était trop court pour atteindre la prise - nous avons trouvé une rallonge dans la maison. L'eau chaude est aléatoire (quelques douches fraiches - et en hiver, pas top...) Il n'y a pas de notice explicative pour savoir où est l'interrupteur pour le chauffage au sol, pour le chauffe eau, nous ne savions pas que le frigo était éteint, pas de plan de la ville... La maison était propre mais le balai n'avait pas été passé sous le canapé (nous y avons trouvé des poils de chien, jouets pour chien, briquet). Pas de sacs poubelle à disposition. Nous avons trouvé les sacs de recyclage le dernier jour. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour, la pièce de vie étant agréable. Mais il y a des choses à améliorer.

Lob für Villa Josefin

Wir waren sowohl mit Sauberkeit, als auch mit Räumlichkeit, Ausstattung und Lage sehr zufrieden. Wir sind mit einem 5-jährigen Kind und einem 7 Monat altigem Hund am langen Wochenende hingefahren. Trotz schlechtem Wetter haben wir schöne 4 Tage im Villa Josefin verbracht. Wir können die Villa Josefin nur empfehlen.

vermerkt sein. Zudem sollte bereits im Inserat vermerkt sein, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitzubringen sind. Ansonsten ein schöner Ort für Familien mit schönem Garten. Zimmergröße voll und ganz in Ordnung. Alles in Allem ein schöner Aufenthalt

Tres Sale maison de vacances

cette maison devait etre mise dehors de votre programme. La graisse ancienne du filtre de la hotte tombait sur le four en petites gouttes. Cette hotte etait probablement pas nettoyer pendant 10 ans. Le four salle est pleine de ces gouttes de graisses qui se sont brules dans les plaques a cuisiner. Le couvercle du seau de poubelle etait aussi tres salle . Des anciens toile d`araignees par tout et sur le lits. De la saletes et poussieres sous le lit. C`etait des vacances rates . J aimerais reclamer mon argent surtout la partie pour le nettoyage. Le rideau de la douche est aussi vieil et sale. J ai fait des photos.
