This spacious home is on the bayfront at Harbour Towne. It is ready to enjoy with a washer/dryer, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a gas fireplace. Take advantage of the shared pool for the ultimate relaxation.

The boat slip is not accessible.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Last Minute Trip.

The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants and other activities you might want to do. Unit is on the second floor, so no elevator, walk up was not bad.

Would not recommend to anyone. This unit needs an overall cleaning including shampooing the carpets as they are all stained up!!!!!!!!

The view is beautiful

On the positive side, the view is amazing. We had the perfect spot to view The sunrise and sunset. Sadly, when we arrived our keypad code did not work. Called the help line and was helped quickly and given the key lockbox code and had to use the key for the week instead of the key pad, no biggie. The A/C doesn’t go below 70, which isn’t so refreshing on the hotter days. The worst part was the garbage cans. They definitely need a good soak, or maybe even replaced. You can definitely tell the place is only for renters and to get one group out and the next in as quickly as possible. They TV in the guest rooms cord was missing and didn’t work. The master bedroom had a broken bottom dresser drawer that was just screwed shut. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep in and go, it worked. Unfortunately I don’t see us using this place again.

Our stay

The location of the property was perfect! We never had to move out vehicles! The carpet throughout however needs a deep clean and the pots and pans need replaced. Other than that the place was great!
