The newly renovated 350-year-old wooden house in Bad Goisern - surrounded by a large private lawn and garden - is quiet, yet central yet easily accessible in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage region Hallstatt-Dachstein-Salzkammergut.
It is located on the edge of the forest in a rural residential area 2 km from the center of Bad Goisern, the routes to Hallstatt and Bad Ischl are each 10 km, to Bad Aussee 20 km.
It offers all those who want to take a break from everyday life, on 60 m² living space for recreation. Ideal for 2 adults and up to 2 small children.

Equipment (apartment plan: see the photos): a living-sleeping room with 30 m², kitchen, hall, bathroom with toilet / shower, central heating, covered terrace, 2000 m² garden and meadow - and all for single use.

Activities and environment: The house is located in the middle of the top tourism region Salzkammergut. Suitable for a quiet stay for relaxation as well as for activities of any kind. Hiking comfortably on the shores of Lake Hallstatt or Lake Altaussee up to the high alpine glacier regions of the 3000 m high Dachstein, mountain biking in all degrees of difficulty, a visit to the imperial city of Bad Ischl or Hallstatt with its 7000-year-old salt mining tradition. Cross-country skiing in Bad Goisern in winter or skiing in the Dachstein-West ski area 18 km away.

Peaceful retreat

Unsere Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ein sehr freundlicher und sympathischer Gastgeber mit super Tipps für Ausflüge. Direkt beim Betreten des Ferienhaus, bekommt man dieses Urlaubsgefühl und einem schönen grossen Garten mit toller Terrasse. Ein sehr sauberes und Haus mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Entspannter Urlaub in grüner Ruheoase

Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt in dieser grünen Ruheoase, in der man im Herzen des Salzkammerguts wirklich Energie tanken kann. In der näheren Umgebung können die verschiedensten Aktivitäten wie z.Bsp. Wandern, Radfahren, Schwimmen oder andere touristische Besichtigungen unternommen werden oder man genießt einfach den wunderschönen Garten lesend im Liegestuhl. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Eine Traumwoche in einer Traumunterkunft

Das historische, jedoch für modernen Komfort renovierte, Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön in einer ruhigen Gegend mit herrlichen Ausblicken auf die Bergwelt. Wir wurden vom Besitzer herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen und waren sofort ´´zuhause´´. Alles war blitzsauber, warm und gemütlich und mit allem was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht ausgerüstet. Vom Ferienhaus aus kann man direkt loswandern oder auch mit dem Auto Ausflüge zu den vielen Bergseen unternehmen. Langeweile gibt es nicht auch wenn es mal regnen sollte, Wir hatten jedoch großes Glück mit dem Wetter und haben viele Stunden nach den Unternehmungen am Tag auf der überdachten Sonnenterrasse verbracht. Das Ramsau Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in grüner Ruheoase

Wurden vom Vermieter Herzlichst empfangen, das Haus ist sehr stilvoll traditionell und gemütlich eingerichtet und Bietet alles was nötig ist. Der hervorragend angelegte Naturgarten mit der überdachten Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein, am Abend kommen sogar ab und zu Rehe auf Besuch. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Herbstwanderung zu zweit - 4 Nächte

Dieses Haus war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen. Gerne hätten wir hier mehr Zeit verbracht. Die Bilder zeigen das Haus bereits sehr gut, es ist aber in Wirklichkeit noch schöner, der Garten ist traumhaft - am ersten Tag sogar mit jungem Rotwild. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, d.h. auch auf den zweiten Blick ist alles tip top. Der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe waren völlig problemlos und angenehm. Wir haben keine Idee, was noch besser sein könnte - sorry :-)

Peaceful and very enjoyable

We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful house on the hill. Although it was 350 years old, it had the modern conveniences. We cooked our own breakfasts but ate out otherwise. We like to sit on the covered porch when it was lightly raining or sunshine and watch deer cross through the apple orchard with two sets of mountains on either side of the Traun valley of Bad Groisen. Good restaurants within short drives and great towns to visit: St. Wolfgang, Bad Ischl, Hallstadt, Bad Groisen and Werfen.

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Garten

Die wunderbare Ruhe und der wirklich rührige und hilfsbereite Hausbesitzer haben den Urlaub zu einer entspannten Angelegenheit werden lassen. Das war keine der üblichen Verrmietungen. Herr Gaisbauer war ein "richtiger" Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ist auch selbst eine kleine Idylle.
