The modern apartment is located in a family house of the owner with a separate entrance. The apartment is quiet and idyllic, yet central location. The sandy Baltic Sea beach is about 20 minutes, the backwaters can be reached at 500m. Shopping facilities and restaurant are also nearby. The village Loddin is very well suited as a starting point for excursions due to its central location on the island.

Holiday:
The 68 sqm, modern furnished, apartment is designed with laminate and tile flooring and has underfloor heating. The Non smoking apartment on the ground floor is equipped with spacious rooms and corridors and a large terrace. The kitchen has oven, stove and refrigerator with freezing. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, as well as with a large LCD TV. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. For the toddler, a cot and a high chair can be provided for a fee, as well as the initial bed linen. Towels are brought please.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Überzogener Preis und unliebsame, wenig kommunikative Gastgeber

Von dem Gesamtpreis für 2 Wochen im Juli gingen alleine 1/3 für Vermittlungsgebühren bei der Usedom Tourismus GmbH und über ein Buchungsportal in England drauf. Auf keinen Fall so buchen! Die gut und ruhig gelegene Wohnung ist minimalistisch eingerichtet (es fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer; aufgrund fehlender schallschluckender Elemente ist der Fernsehton im Wohnzimmer schlecht; Toilettenpapierrollen scheinen abgezählt zu sein; Teller und Tassen zwar genug und reichlich vorhanden, aber nur eine kleine Kuchengabel, außer Salz und Pfeffer keine Gewürze, keine Spaghettizange, kein Korkenzieher, beim Gastgeber vermisst man die Herzlichkeit, eher sprödes Erscheinen, Gastgeber geht beim Auszug durch alle Räume und schaut akribisch und penibel nach, ob etwas fehlt oder kaputt gemacht wurde.
