Henderson

We had a great time! The house was clean and perfect for our family get away. We wanted to take the family to Vegas but not be completely “in Vegas” with the little kids. It was perfect!

Amazing Communication

The house was perfect for our group of 12. The host had the best communication I’ve ever experienced! Was very responsive and always willing to answer questions.

Girls vacation

We had our annual Girls Vacation at this house. The location was great and the pool was our favorite. Alex was very accommodating and we enjoyed our time. The only thing we wished we could change is the alarm on the door to the backyard. I know it’s for the city ordinance, but we set it off more times by accident forgetting to hit the button before stepping in or out. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for a family getaway

We stayed with four kids under 7, a dog and four adults. How was a good size, clean, and convenient for walking places with everyone. The nearby park is incredible for kids. The pool was clean and perfect for the kids. Only two things I wish we had known- the city has a noise ordinance so you can’t play music outside- ever. That was a bit disappointing for us. Second, no gate around pool- so we couldn’t let the kids play outside on the playground without full supervision- minor, but worth noting with kids! Alex was lovely and responsive- overall great and easy vacation!

Horrible is the only word available for this dirty listing. VRBO or the owner will not care or do anything about the condition of everything. Dirty pool, dirty yard, dirty carpet, broken window, damaged walls, paint chips all over the floor, dirty walls coated in dust and dirt, food on walls and ceiling,

Positive Experience

This very nice property in a quiet safe neighborhood accommodated our family group of 10 quite well. The owner was extremely responsive. The interior was very attractive and up-to-date. We did not make use of the spacious swim pool. There was children's play equipment on the property (side yard). Our group of 4 adults and six kids were too old for that to profit from that but it looked safe and clean. The pool table in one of the 3 bays in the garage got some good use. The 3-car garage was tidy and uncluttered. We could have parked a car or two in it but did not do so. The keypad for entry into the home was uncomplicated. We would stay there again for our party of ten.

Not resort style- better to book else where

Booked for 4 nights with a total of 10 family members, Location does not match pictures on Vrbo site, which is what a renting guest goes by There were 10 bath towels provided, 6 wash clothes and 4 hand towels with no laundry soap. There was only 1 1/2 rolls of paper towels, 2 trash bags. The air vents looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months covered with dust. The miniture golf was more of a small putting area, the hammock looks like it is dry rotting and unsafe to use. The kids games, books nonexistent. We were left with 3 , yes 3 pool towels. The pool is no where near resort style very small. The back yard furniture looks like it hasn't been cleaned or replaced in several years. The door leading to the back yard/pool area works well for going out, the one to enter the house needs repair. Lawn hasn't been mowed in at least 2 weeks. Lastly this place needs a serious deep cleaning. Henderson has a lot rules that make quiet hours hard to understand. The only positive thing I can say is that the host was in contact with me a lot. I took care to take photos of how it looks now not what the pictures here present it to be. Better to keep looking than to rent here.
