Frankie’s Waterfront House at Indian Lake! The nicest VRBO on the lake!

Be our guest at the sister house of Phoebe’s lakefront home. This wonderful place was recently, fully renovated by a prominent Columbus architect. No expense or detail was spared. Open first-floor layout with gorgeous views of open water. Enjoy our outside screened-in patio with a couch, table, and chairs. Outside enjoy a gas grill with propane overlooking the water. We try to maintain full propane but in the event it’s empty, there is a refill station at Lakeview Hardware. (10 minutes away) Send us the receipt for full reimbursement. You will not find a nicer home or a better view of the lake. Come see for yourself! You can also stay at Phoebes Lakefront house 8 minutes away and also lakefront!

Rent a boat and hook up to our sea wall with dock cleats. Bumpers for your boat are required.

-Limit three small cars or two larger cars at this property. If this rule is broken you can be asked to leave due to upsetting our neighbor's space. They will let us know. Additional public parking available at Moundwood Boat Ramp.

-If boating, the no-wake zone is 100 yards from our seawall. Please respect this rule as if it's broken it affects all our neighbors and you can be asked to leave. They will let us know! We also have a shared dock with a sister property next door. Please be courteous with our neighbors:)

-Our neighbor’s peace is of utmost importance to us and this will be appreciated by them and us. Please be respectful and treat them like you would your own neighbors.
