Lake Views: 2nd-Story Guest Suite with Private Entrances/Yard/Parking

Newly renovated and spacious 2nd-story guest suite with updated casual lake house style. Complete with open-concept kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Lake views from most rooms and large deck. Separate entrances and fenced, separate yard for 4-legged family members (dogs welcome). Off-street, private parking.

The Guest Suite includes the following:

-4 bedrooms - 3 with queen size beds, 1 with a double bed.
-Air mattress available upon request.
-2 baths.
-Washer and Dryer.
-Full Kitchen, dining, and living room (open concept).
-Private, fenced-in yard.
-Dogs welcome (additional fee per stay).
-Linens, towels, dishes, and cutlery provided.
-Large decks in front and rear of house - back deck faces the lake.

-Private entrance, convenient to private parking space at rear of house.
-Parking area of 45' x 20', additional space available in main driveway, if needed.

-I (the owner) live on the first floor of the house and am home during guest stays. I generally try to stay out of the way so that guests feel at ease. However, please be honest about the number of guests and pets as I do notice. Additional guests or pets above the number booked, or damage to the property will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking.

Quiet place for the holiday

We stayed here over Christmas break so we could visit our family who live on the lake. The property was well kept, kitchen was large and it had an enormous dining room table for us to sit with our 5 kids. I ended up having to change our reservation days due to a change at work. The owner was very accommodating and let us shift check/check out no problem. Only issue was that the hot water smells like sulfur. Overall, would definitely recommend it.

Spacious and clean

The check in was easy and the place was spotless. Four bedrooms and lots of room to spread out. We were there for work in the area and would definitely go back if we went to the area again.

Relaxation by the lake

We had the best time at Ashley's property. It was a perfect setup for my family and inlaws. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Proximity to the lake was also a plus.

Great location & home with lake view

Met up with siblings and cousin to celebrate our cousin in Ohio 50th Wedding Anniversary and an annual Hog Roast with the Ganson’s. Home was inviting, clean, plenty of linens and as pictured in the listing. We planned our breakfasts in and other meals out with cousins in Ohio. Host was pleasant, accommodating, friendly and convenient. Had an awesome time, will definitely rent again.

Great Property!

Ashley takes such good care of this property! We have stayed here four times and it is always clean and well stocked! I love the balconies off the front and the back! It’s a quiet neighborhood and easy access.

Good get away for the price!

Amazing location, living quarters were clean and well managed. Wouldn’t call it lake side, but one block away and amazing walking streets.

Comfortable Lake House!

Clean, well appointed home with views of Indian Lake. Pet-friendly fenced yard is a plus! Well-suited for our family gathering, close to restuarants. Comfortable beds with fresh linens and towels provided. It was a perfect get-away spot. Also warm & cozy - as it was cold weather during our stay :)

The perfect friends getaway!

I booked this for my boyfriends birthday weekend. We had 4 couples and one of us brought their Great Dane dog. The home was PERFECT to relax and play games with friends. We grilled food, each had our own rooms, plenty of outdoor space for us and the dog. I was a little nervous about having so many people stay above the owners since I know how loud we can get, so I hope we weren’t too loud, but we couldn’t hear them downstairs at all and it wasn’t weird either. Their beagle puppy, Bella I think is her name, was super cute! The location was secluded enough but close enough I could run to the store for some forgotten items. We may have to book this place again if you’ll have our loud group! Thank you for hosting us!

Friends Getaway

Our group of friends really enjoyed our weekend stay at this listing. Ashley was very friendly and accommodating, easy to communicate with. Her place with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a large eating area, nice kitchen and living room area was a perfect stay for my group of 10 friends. We had lots of laughter and brought way too much food, but had adequate space for everything. Thank you Ashley for your hospitality!
