Independent house near the owners' Bastide - Area 113 m² - Entrance hall opening onto an office space. - Access via a staircase to the living-dining room opening onto a private garden (equipped with garden furniture, an electric barbecue, table and chairs) by the river (swimming access). - Open kitchen - Bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (80x190). - Bedroom with a double bed (140x190). - Spacious bathroom (shower and bathtub) and a separate toilet. Parking on the property. The linen is provided. Including charges. Tourist tax extra. Atypical stay in the outbuildings of an 18th century grain mill on the banks of the Loup River. In the heart of the Provençal hinterland, but only a few minutes from the coast, the Bastide Saint-Donat offers an authentic setting and exceptional architecture. Easily discover the region from the Gîte, either by car, to reach the Gorges du Loup and the villages overlooking the river and its valley, Pont du Loup, Gourdon, Bar-sur-Loup, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Courmes… Either on foot, stroll in complete peace and quiet towards Pont-de-Pierre, but especially towards the Rives du Loup departmental park, designed for easy walks to Villeneuve-Loubet, discovering on the way the impressive canyon, of which you can sees the summit from La Bastide. Country stops, beaches, rest areas are set up to make this walk a moment of discovery and serenity.
