Occupying a prime location at the bottom of Main Street (walk to restaurants, shops, and more), just around the corner from Park City Mountain's Town Lift (0.1 mile / 3-minute walk), our Park Station one-bedroom offers a modern space to enjoy everything Park City has to offer just steps from your door.

This centrally located condo is fully renovated as of summer 2022. Enjoy modern decor with sleek finishes including new floors, kitchen counters, appliances, and updated furniture. With two queen beds plus a sleeper sofa, the unit sleeps up to six. Full kitchen is provided and one full bath. Walk out patio with bistro set to enjoy Park City's bluebird days and mountain air.

The property features both indoor and outdoor hot tubs and sauna. The outdoor pool is only open during the summer.

***Long term (28 night or longer) stays are only accepted April through November.

Great Location

The location of the property, the overall appearance and maintenance of the building and the unit itself exceeded our expectations. There have been recent updates and you cannot beat the location. Overall, a great place to stay,

Great stay in Park City

This condo was perfect for our family of four and very close to the Town lift for easy skiing. Very clean and accurate to photos. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance and it was a short ride to the grocery store to stock up for the week. The living area with kitchen was a great space for our family and there was very easy access to the outdoor hot tub. Great time and would stay here again!

Amazing location for skiing!

My husband and I stayed in the condo for our 25th anniversary. It was a perfect location for skiing (1 block to the town lift) and for exploring downtown Park City. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One small note is that the "fireplace" is just a heater that looks like logs. There is no actual flame. Still, it was nice for that direct heat after skiing and for drying our gear. The only negative for us was communication with the rental company. We knew we were going to arrive a couple hours early, so I contacted the property manager earlier in the day about early check-in (one email and two phone calls.) I never heard back from them. I'm not sure if it was because we checked in on a Sunday, but that is no excuse. We should have had a response from the property manager in a reasonable time frame. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend the condo, especially for skiers.
