Welcome to Happy Trails in Happy Valley @ Big White! This cheerful, pet and family friendly, 3 storey townhouse.
After a day enjoying Okanagan’s champagne powder, relax in the private hot tub or cozy up to the fire and watch the fireworks every Saturday night!
Happy Trails is walking distance to Lara’s gondola, skating rink, tube park, day lodge, snow shoe trails, kids park and a short gondola ride to lifts and restaurants. Also quick access to ski lifts.

When you arrive the check-in process is fairly simple. Park in our covered carport to help with easy off loading and ski locker access. Door code provided prior to check-in. If you have a second vehicle will have a parking pass available. Big White Happy Valley parking lot is also located below. Will walk into the Kitchen and living room space for easy access. Amazing valley mountain views as you walk In to our living space. Kitchen has everything required to make an enjoyable home cooked meal. Extra condiments are included. The kitchen was fully renovated in 2021.

Also have included a new kitchen table for family gathering after a fun day on the slopes. Living room features a comfortable pullout couch and relaxing window seat to enjoy your favourite book or glass of wine or both!

Downstairs is the bonus room with bunk beds and extra TV lounge area for the kids to enjoy. Includes a second fridge for extra items. Additional bathroom and laundry closet featuring new Samsung laundry downstairs. Downstairs also is access to our back deck where you enjoy our new Hot Tub. Enjoyable views the mountain valley and snow covered trees. The hot tub area is covered to keep the area dry and private.

The third floor features our relaxing master bedroom with expanded mountain views. Other second bedroom on the top floor is spacious and recommend if a crib is required which we can offer. Bathroom upstairs is shared with the 2 upstair bedrooms.

Happy in Happy Valley

We had great snow and great weather. Perfect skiing conditions. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the Saturday night fireworks. The only thing I would mention is that the location shown on VRBO makes it look like it is a lot closer to the gondola than it actually is. Just know that it is a bit of a hike in ski boots. Otherwise, our stay was great. Hot was a really nice touch.

Presidents Day Family trip

Lovely condo near Happy Valley facilities. Watched fireworks from living room picture window. Hot tub was wonderful. Easily sleeps 3 couples. Thanks for a wonderful weekend. Well appointed kitchen for family dinners

Family Fun

Perfect size for a family of 4 (and a dog). Nice updates in the kitchen. Close walking distance to Happy Valley and the gondola. Great location to watch the fireworks! Check in was easy and property manager very easy to reach when we had questions. Easy location to ski back to, a little more difficult to ski out as the trail had just enough of an incline that younger members of the family had trouble traversing with skis on.

March Break Escape from Ontario

This was our 5th visit to Big White (from Ontario), first time staying in the Happy Valley area. The unit was recently updated and great for our family of four. Hot tub was enjoyed daily, and we enjoyed being in Happy Valley- close to the rink and tubing and a short walk to the Gondola. Kevin and Katie were incredible hosts and frequently checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Super clean, supplied everything we expected. We look forward to returning.

Relaxing family time at Big White

We had a great time. Everything was as shown/listed. Especially enjoyed the window seat with view of mountains and hot tub. Only negative was fireplace - it looked like one but threw absolutely no heat and made a very loud mechanical/appliance sound. Also, there was no dining table so we had to sit around coffee table for meals (could have used counter but then we’d all be in a row not looking at each other).

Everything was great except for the ice in the driveway and the lane we were on it was very treacher

Good would recommend it to friends once the ice is dealt with in the carport
