The 4 star apartment is located in Reit im Winkl, a mountain village and climatic health resort that is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. The upper floor apartment in old Bavarian country house style has been completely modernized and renovated with lots of love and offers space for max. 5 people. These include 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, a small bedroom for an additional person, a modern shower room with electric underfloor heating and a combined living and dining kitchen.
Pets are also allowed to come. However, this requires an early agreement and additional fees apply.
The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances and has a large fridge, freezer, a microwave combination grill, a ceramic hob with 4 rings, 2 of which are flexible, an oven and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The cozy dining area offers plenty of space for all 5 people and the table can also be extended if more space is needed. In addition to a large sofa and armchair, the living area offers a new LCD television with cable television, a Blueray DVD player and an XBox 360 for entertainment. There are also some board games available for general entertainment. An iron and ironing board, 2 umbrellas and a hairdryer in the bathroom are also provided. The apartment is also equipped with WiFi.
For toddlers we provide a stair high chair and a bed rail.
The outside area of the apartment includes a balcony that is accessible from the living area, another L-shaped terrace that can be accessed from the two larger bedrooms, a underground parking space and further parking spaces directly in front of the house for your vehicle and a ski and Drying room in the basement. You can wash and dry your laundry in the private cellar, where you can also safely store wet ski boots or hiking boots.
Within walking distance of the apartment are the indoor and outdoor pool, a new children's playground, several restaurants, bars and shops, access to the cross-country ski run, a sledge hill, the bus stop for the ski bus, the tourist information, several entrances to hiking and bike tours and much more. Entry to the indoor and outdoor pool in Reit im Winkl, the ski lifts on Benzeck (seen from the apartment), the forest swimming pool in Kössen, the Walchsee beach promenade and the east bank on Walchsee are included in the rental price!
Nearby there are also opportunities for horse riding, golfing, playing tennis, hiking, climbing in the climbing forest or via ferrata, tobogganing on the Kaiserwinkl summer toboggan run, skiing on the Steinplatte, mountain biking, and much more. The Chiemsee with many other activities is not far. The rental for the necessary equipment can be found directly on site. Es war ein super Aufenthalt, Wohnung ist sehr schön, liegt am Ortsrand aber dennoch sehr zentral und es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen! Alle Pisten und Loipen sind im nahen Umfeld und gut zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieterin!!! Super ist der rund um die gesamte Wohnung liegende Balkon! Wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Berge und das Benz Eck. Werden garantiert wiederkommen!
Wir haben die ruhige Lage genossen. Wohnungseinrichtung war sehr gepflegt, Kücheneinrichtung sehr gut. Spülmöglichkeit etwas eng. Die Lage zum Ortskern war ideal.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles da, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist auch ideal für Ausflüge ohne Auto und man erreicht auch zu Fuß alle Geschäfte. Die Kommunikation mit Anette lief auch unkompliziert und sehr nett. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung, sehr zentral gelegen (die Hauptstraße hört man bei offenem Fenster). Komplett ausgestattet, eher zu viele Utensilien als das etwas fehlte. Netter, unkomplizierter und sehr informativer Kontakt mit Vermieterin und Verwalter. Sehr modernes Bad; der Rest der Wohnung eher ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es funktionierte alles. Sehr großzügiger Balkon (2x). Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden.

Nette Ferienwohnung mit mehreren Schlafmöglichkeiten und einem geräumigen Balkon rund um die Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick in die Berge. Von hieraus bieten sich vielseitige Touren an den Chiemsee, in die Chiemgauer und Kitzbühler Alpen.
