It includes a spacious open-plan living room with a dining room, lounge, and fitted kitchen (55 m²). 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together. Bathroom with an oversized shower and separate toilet. Wi-Fi, beds made upon arrival.

This former dairy, built on maturing cellars, also offers two terraces: one on the old quay, below facing the century-old plane trees, and one with a pergola adjoining the accommodation at sunrise, overlooking the park and the pond. Private parking. Ping-pong, foosball, and swings.
