Get away to this recently renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome! It is in excellent condition with new flooring, paint, appliances, and lighting. Kanab has numerous activities to experience, which makes this rental the perfect getaway! The views from this unit face the west vistas of Kanab, providing the perfect patio for watching sunsets during dinner. There are trails leading out the backyard for walking and biking. There are stunning hikes all around Kanab to explore. You will also have access to a seasonal pool and hot tub after your adventures. Recently installed internet service!

Kanab is wonderful in itself, but it is also central to many beautiful day trips. Zion National Park is only 30 minutes away! There are numerous locations not too far away including: Bryce Canyon, Escalante, Lake Powell, St George, and Horseshoe Bend.

Come stay at our “Hub” in Kanab, the memories will last a lifetime!

Kanab getaway

We had a great time in Kanab for fall break! This property was clean and had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, probably the best sleep I've ever had away from my own home. There are so many things to do in Kanab! The owner has a great binder full of ideas of things to do if you're not sure. We hiked in Buckskin Gulch, went on a long bike ride in Johnson Canyon, hiked the Squaw trail and went on a tour at Best Friend's Animal Shelter

National Parks Trip

It was my husband and i plus our 20 year old daugher on this Nat Park trip. Property was just as shown in listing pictures. Beds were supper comfortable. The prooerty was spacious and eould have been fine if there were a few more staying as well. Kanab is a nice quite town. We bought most of our groceries in Hurricane, but went to the local store for a few things and found the prices reasonable. Did try Houston's Trail End restaurant and it was very good. We were about 1.5 hrs from Zion, Bryce and Horseshoe Bend for all the activities. Drives were decent. We did take a tour to see Peek a boo slot canyon. Definitely worth it. Great trip great place to stay.

After four nights cramming a family of four into hotel rooms, spending two nights here was real treat! The place is clean and in great shape, and super convenient to Kanab Tours company where we did a day only canyoneering and another day of ATVing to Peekaboo slot canyon! A fabulous end to our week of adventures!

We loved it

Very comfortable condo with two lovely recliners, a swimming pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was very clean. We loved our four-day stay.

Perfect basecamp for Southern Utah activities

This was the right kind of place for my young family. Plenty of space, comfortable, and access to a lot of activity options. We did some of the nearby hikes, the animal sanctuary, and Horseshoe Bend. The property itself was well-taken care of, and the complex was nice and quiet. The pool was closed when we were there and the hot tub was not very warm. Overall, a great stay and somewhere we will look up again if we are in the area.

Spring Break/Senior trip

Our daughter wanted to travel out west for her senior trip. We wanted a central location for Zion, Bryce and Antelope Canyon. Staying in Kanab was perfect. The condo had everything we needed in a great location!!

Balloons & Tunes Weekend

Enjoyed our stay in Kanab for Balloons & Tunes. We have gone for the last three years and have found the location of this condo complex to work great. It is nice to have a location to return to that has a home like feel, where we can play games and watch movies together. You don’t get that experience from staying in a hotel.

Very cozy and convenient

This was a great location for our adventures. The hot tub was wonderful to soak in. We enjoyed having games to play during our stay.

We had a great time.

The place was very clean and we had everything we needed. A few suggestions to the owners: The two lights in the upstairs bathroom areas with the sink did not turn on, we could not figure out why. It wasn't a big enough issue to contact host during our stay. You could use better frying pans in the kitchen. The ones provided are really scratched up badly. Besides that everything was great and we had a nice time. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

We had high hopes for this property but an ant infestation, poor cleaning, and a lack of maintenance on the property made for a less than ideal stay. We reported the ant issue right away upon check in and someone came over while we went out to dinner. Unfortunately this was something that needs an exterminator and not just a couple store bought traps. Communication was initially good but dropped off after time. I tried to use the fitness room but the key didn't work and when I asked if there were hours that I didn't see posted, the owner said he would check and get back to me but I'm still waiting to find out. I suspect the property has not been visited by the owners in a while as it is beginning to fall into disrepair: - The pans for the stove are non-stick and have deep gouges into them, making them unsafe for use. - The dishwasher gasket is coming off of the inside of the unit--I did not run it for fear of it leaking all over the place. - The previously-mentioned ants. - Burned out light bulbs in the lower bathroom. - The bedroom closets have not been used or aired out in some time as they had a bit of a musty smell to them. All in all, while in a great location, this could use some attention and should be avoided until that happens.

Excellent

Centrally located town we were able to hit Zion and Bryce with ease. Great staging point for our second trip to Grand Canyon. House was clean and upkeep is great. Owners wet timely in communication. Would recommend!

Awesome place

The townhome was nice, clean, and comfortable, had everything we were looking for in a place to stay. The pool was nice, the kids loved it. Will be coming back if we are in the area again.
