Coined by other visitors as an adult Disney Land, our short-term, fully furnished rental cabin in the White Mountains is a fantastic get away! It’s located in the quaint town of Heber-Overgaard on an acre of fenced land (about an hour from Payson, 40 min from Show Low, and 1.5 hours from Sunrise Ski Resort). Can decorate for Christmas/NewYears, if desired.

*Sleeps 8 (9 with roll out bed)
*4 beds (1 Master suite with king bed, log fireplace, TV with fire stick, walk-in closet, shower & jacuzzi tub with en-suite bedroom incl Queen Murphy bed (with electric fireplace); 1 Master suite with King bed, electric fireplace, Smart TV & DVD player, and walk-out balcony; 1 queen room
*3 bath (3 showers & 1 jacuzzi tub)
*Bar & dining areas
*Living room with SMART TV & log fireplace
*Lots of fam friendly games to play in pantry
*Washer, dryer & pantry
*Wrap around deck
*Hot tub - use at own risk (rinse before; no oils or lotions should be used - drained in summer months)
*Gas grill
*Large patio area with log fire pit and gas firepit (limited use when fire bans in place)
*Extra large detached garage converted to ‘The Clubhouse’ with electric fireplace, screen for projector (stored in laundry rm), basketball game, ping pong, corn hole, projector screen, darts, poker table and set, golf frisbees for nearby course at park, and drink fridge.
*Zip line on property (seat & safety harness included) - use at own risk (max 200 pound weight limit); it’s fast!
*Wifi is available and the 3 tv’s are smart equipped. Also have DVD players and huge range of DVDs to select from. Town also has a Redbox!
*No pets; 1-2 dogs may be negotiable at additional expense; large kennel available and do not allow upstairs as it’s carpeted
*Theres a fully equipped kitchen, including an air fryer, ice cream maker, crock pot, and popcorn maker - local markets & a few restaurants are close by if you’re not wanting to cook. We love the Red Onion burger joint and local Mexican Restaurant!

Amazing relaxing getaway

Fun cabin stay with the family

We loved this cabin! It was very beautiful and a comfortable space to hang out in. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We spent a ton of time in the garage and outdoor spaces. The ping pong table was a huge hit. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin

Our stay was AMAZING!! The cabin was perfect! Plenty of room, comfortable and plenty to do. The garage was awesome with all the games from ping pong, darts, pac man and more! The views were gorgeous! Definitely going to tell everyone about this one!!

Trails Ends was heaven

Need a little getaway this is your place. Jill are host was great. We got to enjoy it over July 4th holidayI also got to take my 82 year old dad with us. And boy, he was able to climb up and down the stairs. So happy he had a great time

Amazing Christmas 🎄

The property owners were a delight to work With. The home is absolutely beautiful With great bedroom separation for those afternoon naps away from the main living area. I would highly recommend this home and lovely quiet peaceful place to anyone.

Family Christmas 2024

Excellent cabin with so many extra amenities- such an enjoyable week including celebrating Christmas- the host had the cabin decorated for us including a Christmas tree. Our young grandchildren enjoyed the space. We had many great ping pong games and nights by the fire. We look forward to another visit.

Beautiful cabin with tons of entertainment

We had an amazing family vacation with friends and family! Our children absolutely loved the clubhouse with all the games, the zip line, tree swing and playset. The cabin was well stocked and communication with Jill couldn’t have been better. She went above and beyond. We can wait to go back!

Amazing!!

Just having a place to escape the Valley heat is almost enough to give any place a 5 star rating, but that doesn't even begin to qualify the rating of this beautiful retreat. We loved the Trails End Retreat so much! We stayed with some friends (2 families) and had a wide range of kids with us. The cabin perfectly accommodated all of us. And Jill was an INCREDIBLE host. Communication was clear and helpful and made the experience seamless. The clubhouse was so much fun, we spent time in the hot tub, roasted marshmallows and rode the zip line about 200 times. There's fun for everyone and we'll definitely try to come again.

Perfect place for our family Staycation!

We pretty much lived outside, the outdoor spaces were incredible— Coffee on the deck each morning, spending the afternoons hanging out in the garage clubhouse, kids running around having a blast! The zip-line was definitely a highlight for the kids! We'd finish our days around the fire pit with smores and then stargazing in the hot tub! Gah! Just thinking about the fun had, I will be booking again! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for big family meals and cookouts on the grill! On the days we didn't feel like cooking, there were great local restaurants with a comfy vibe and great food! The property was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need. The house is beautiful, unique and lovingly cared for, just like the pictures. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more than we did. Will definitely be back to make more memories! The owners were incredibly nice and always available for any questions!!

Beautiful cabin with lots to offer

We had a fabulous time at this cabin in Heber. The hosts were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay Wonderful. Our children, 6 & 5, loved the game room, zip line, fire pit and the acre to roam! Highly recommended!

Hi! We are so excited to share our treasured cabin in the White Mountains with you. We are a family of 5 who decided we needed a getaway spot to build memories; this cabin is packed with entertainment and fun galore that won’t disappoint! We plan to build memories regularly, but figured this treasure of a spot needed to be appreciated by others, as the design, decor, and amenities are just too good to waste when we can’t travel up to the white mountains.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We fell in love with this cabin as soon as we saw it. We actually put in an offer after our first visit. It’s at the end of a cup de sac, fenced in with an acre of land. The cabin features incredible wood and stone work throughout, fire places everywhere, a patio that doesn’t stop - it was exactly what we were hoping to find. Our own little ‘Disney Land’ without all the people! Bonus is that we also fell in love with the little town with the nearby park, unique shops and convenience stores, lavender field, and some of their local restaurants.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Since we plan to use this cabin often and have three small children, we’ve definitely included as much as possible to keep everyone entertained. The garage was converted into a Clubhouse with toys and games for all ages. There’s a zip line - but no small kids recommended and use at your own risk as it’s crazy fast! There’s a log and gas fire pit built into a huge patio, which also features a 5 seater hot tub. Luckily, our Verizon phones work great as hot spots for our kiddos who like to game and stream, and for me as I always need to be available to get work done. It’s a place we don’t really ever want to leave!
