Great location in Heber Overgaard. Quiet street. Lots of room in the house and very clean. Nice porch in front and back with seating. Great to have access to a garage! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Bedroom #2 had a stain of some sort on the sheets. Our guests moved to the other room. The cabinet over the refrigerator in the kitchen is falling off the wall. Ice maker in the refrigerator not working. The couch facing the TV wall on the far left feels like it’s about to fall apart. It’s a nice spot and location was great. Needs a little TLC. Somewhat pricy for the overall condition of the property.

Thank you for your feedback. We didn’t know about the cabinet but have fixed it and installed the replacement for the couch a previous guest broke, that arrived just after you checked in. We discarded the sheets that were on that bed in the bedroom you mentioned as well. We make every effort we can to ensure the most pleasant and comfortable stay for our guests and were disappointed your low star rating indicated we had failed. We apologize and hope that in the future, if there is anything we can during your stay to earn a 5 star review that you will give us the opportunity to make it right during your stay. We use software to ensure our cabin is priced at least 30 percent less than other cabins in the area but the weekend of July 4th is the biggest weekend of the year so any cabin in the area will cost more during that weekend.

The home was well equipped and the furnishings in excellent condition. The attached garage was an added bonus. The location was very good with a wooded area across the street that was perfect for walking though with a dog mor child.

Nice cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked and new cooking and kitchen pans, utensils etc. was a welcome change from most rentals. Wifi works great and Devin always responded quickly to messages.

Cabin was lovely! Kitchen was spacious and well-designed. Like being able to cook and look into the family room. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a long time! Cabin was decorated simplistically and modern, just my style. Loved, loved, loved it! Would absolutely return!

We greatly enjoyed our time at The Sunflower Cabin. Devin was a great host, and responded to our needs quickly and efficiently.Some of the high points: We were glad to be able to use the garage since it's the only one that had enough clearance for our SUV plus cargo carrier. The rental was very clean, and was very well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the deck in back. While the view wasn't great, it was quiet and peaceful except for the occasional ATV that drove by. I never figured out how to use the Traeger grill since it was the first time I had ever been exposed to one. But, I've heard they are great.My wife loved the electric fireplace in the master bedroom. She has sensitive eyes, so we cannot use gas or wood-burning fireplaces.The surrounding area had an unexpected number of places to eat, though the lack of a full-service grocery store changed our eating habits somewhat.All n all, we were very pleased with our experience and would rent again.
