About this property

Nice little house near the beach with a nice garden. Air conditioning.

Location: the holiday house is located in Marina di Pietrasanta a fenced garden with the owner's house, which is about 7m away. The location is nice and the beach is just 4 km. The entrance is together with the owner, but our guests are both a parking and a garden area of ​​approximately 100m2 with garden furniture to. A beautiful veranda with barbecue is at guests' disposal. Casa Il Forno is a great way to plan a beach holiday both, as well as excursions within Tuscany - eg. Pisa, Lucca or to took Cinque Terre.
Accommodation: ground floor: living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, fireplace (can not be turned on), dining table for 4 people and air conditioning. Living room with access to the glassed-in porch with air conditioning and a wood stove.
Kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven and a small table for two.
Bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a very nice double room with air conditioning.
The homeowner is very considerate and helpful.

To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200. Electricity, gas, water not optional €2 per person per day. Final cleaning not optional €10 per day. Air conditioning optional €6 per day. Bed linen and towels included. Tourist tax not optional €1.50 per person over 13 years old, maximum 7 days.

Gemütliches Häuschen mit gepflegtem Ausenbereich

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind einladend und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und haben immer ein offenes Ohr, wenn man etwas benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Maison très bien située pour découvrir la région.

L'emplacement de la maison est idéal comme point de départ de plusieurs sites à visiter et est située à quelques kilomètres des plages. Très bien entretenue et posée dans un magnifique jardin,elle est joliment décorée et bien équipée, ce qui la rend agréable et accueillante. Cependant, par fortes chaleur et malgré la climatisation, l'atmosphère y est étouffante et difficilement tenable. (Son nom, "casa il forno" prend là tout son sens !) Les moustiques, omniprésents, gâchent un peu la tranquillité des soirées et rendent impossible un apéritif ou un dîner sur la terrasse. Les propriétaires qui demeurent à quelques mètres, sont très discrets et forts sympathiques.
