Ideally located, the village of Rivedoux-Plage has all amenities and is situated 20 minutes from La Rochelle.
This high-end villa of 135m2 is located near shops and the market (300 metres away) and close to the beach (600 metres away) and the popular local bar Ré Glisse.
The villa was designed and decorated in a family spirit, ideally suited to one or two couples with children. Located on a 400m2 plot, it features a pleasant spa and a shaded terrace.
This beautiful single-storey villa is functional, comfortable and features carefully designed decor.

The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period and from 7 days during the summer period (July and August)

The end-of-stay interview is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.
The security deposit of an amount of £2,000 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
