Ideally located, everything is within a 300-meter radius of the river (daily shopping, 50-meter access to the beach, harbour, village).<br><br>. Detached house fully renovated in 2011 in a quiet setting (no road in front of the house, only a footpath) with an enclosed garden featuring trees and no overlooking neighbors. Swimming pool (8 x 4) secured with an electric roller shade, heated (from May through September, weather permitting) with a hot outdoor shower behind the pool.<br><br>. The house consists of a main building (with 2 beds for 2 people) and an annex (2 bunk beds with drawers or 6 single beds). The main building can be rented separately, exclusively during the off-season. Please contact us for pricing and availability.<br><br>Bedding set for 2 people, including fitted sheets, a duvet cover, 2 pillowcases, and 2 flat sheets (100 x 150): 25 €<br>Bedding set for 1 person, including fitted sheets, a duvet cover, 1 pillowcase, and 1 towel (100 x 150): €20<br><br>. The house is very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out were smoothly managed by the agency. It is well appointed for a family, with the table football proving particularly popular with our group. The position is excellent, easily walkable to the town centre/market and the beach. Unfortunately, there is a new house being built next door. The builders were on the roof overlooking the pool and garden area throughout our stay. We were offered a partial refund to reflect this, and appreciated this gesture enormously.We would stay again.

Beautiful villa in a fab location

Everything was great- the only issue was that there was construction work going on next door which was only communicated to us the day before we travelled which was disappointing. It didn’t bother us too much as we were out and about with our 3 year old but for others wanting a relaxing holiday you might want to double check this. This aside the villa was fantastic, in a great location to the beach and town and we didn’t use our car once we had arrived which was lovely! Thanks again.

Great vacation home with a good mattress in the master bedroom, a heated pool and a protected area allowing one to sit outside at all times. We really enjoyed having the kids in their ‘own house.’ Really kid-friendly house with tons of entertainment beyond the pool: foosball table, table tennis, games and puzzles and so on. On a quiet dead-end road just a 2-minute walk away from a beach with so-so sand, but really warm and calm water, perfect for the littles or SUPing. Gorgeous beach on west side of island, about 5 minute drive by car, beautiful sun sets. Super nice caretaker, Elodie, who speaks perfect English for all those with rusty school French.Recent construction of a house nextdoor which thank goodness wasn’t being worked on during our stay. But garden in pool area no longer looks out at trees, big house right beyond wall.Thanks for a great stay, we had a really fun week in your lovely vacation home!

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour en famille et entre amis. Elodie a été très gentille et nous à très bien accueillis. La maison est jolie et fonctionnelle, et l'exterieur est vraiment très agréable (piscine, terrasse, jardin). La maison est idéalement située à proximité du centre de St Denis et de la plage. Je recommande 100%

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cette charmante maison. Maison particulièrement agréable et idéalement placée ! Avec des enfants c'est super car la plage est très proche, et tout est accessible à pied. Nous tenions à remercier Élodie pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité durant notre séjour ! Séjour parfais avec une maison au top très bien équipée et un environnement calme. Proche de la mer et du village. une piscine idéale en famille. Escapade à Oléron en famille

La maison est bien équipée, proche du centre de Saint Denis (7 min à pied) et de la plage de la Boirie ( 5 min à pied). Le tout dans un coin sauvage sans nuisance sonore. Notre séjour en famille a été très plaisant.

Séjour hiver 2022

Nous avons séjourné pendant 10 jours durant le mois de décembre 2022. La maison était propre, chauffée et nous avons très bien été accueilli et accompagnés par Monique. Par contre sur les photos la maison paraît plus spacieuse que la réalité, mais cela reste cozy. Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais il est préférable de venir l'été pour en profiter d'avantage.

Erholsamer Urlaub in toller Lage

Täglicher Markt, Restaurants, Strand und Sport Hafen zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein Traum mit Pool und toller, teilweise überdachter, Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une maison ravissante, tranquille et tout près de la plage et village

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette ravissante villa. A quelques mètres de la plage et du centre de Saint-Denis on a pas du utilisé la voiture du tout. La cuisine et très bien équipée (peut-être ajouter un micro-onde, on a pu prêter une via Monique). La piscine est très bien entretenu et chauffée. Bref une réussite à tous point de vue. On y reviendra si possible l’année prochaine.

Le top

Nous avons passé un week end au top dans cette belle demeure à St Denis d'Oléron. La maison est très conviviale que ce soit pour les adultes comme pour les enfants! (nous étions 4 adultes et 5 enfants) Piscine, trampoline, table de ping pong et baby foot pour les loisirs. La maison est située à 300 m à pieds de tous les commerces et du marché, à 300 m à pieds de la plage, la situtation est idéale! Un grand merci à Monique et Michel! Nous recommandons vivement!!!

Wunderbares Haus und Umgebung

Wir durften zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Haus verbringen und haben es sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Monique empfangen, die auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes immer für uns ansprechbar war. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war sehr angenehm und problemlos. Das Haus ist gemütlich und familiär eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und im Garten. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Innenstadt mit Markt, der Hafen und der Strand sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Vacances Ile d‘Oléron

Nous avons chaleureusement été accueillis par Monique. Une personne remarquable, qui a toujours été disponible tout au long du séjour. La maison est chaleureuse, spacieuse, bien entretenue. On sent qu’on aime bien y vivre. La piscine, juste une grande partie de plaisir pour nous et notre fille de de 3 ans. La proximité du port, des commerces et de la plage, font que tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons passés de superbes vacances à l’île d’Oléron et nous pensons bien y revenir.

Incroyable

Nous étions 8 amies et nous avons passé un incroyable séjour, la maison est idéalement située, nous avons pu rentrer nos 3 voitures juste devant la maison et ne les avons pas réutilisé du séjour. Marché, supermarché, plage, location de vélo, tout est proche et faisable a pied ! Il n'y a pas de vis a vis, la tranquillité est donc de mise. La maison en elle même est très fonctionnelle avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée, une machine a lavée au besoin, les chambres sont spatieuses, il y a 3 salles de bains ce qui est parfait lorsque nous sommes beaucoup. Le jardin et la piscine ont été extra par ces grosses chaleurs. Pour l'accueil Monique s'est malheureusement blessée et n'a pas pu nous accueillir en personne mais nous avons été extrêmement bien accueilli avec une petite visite des lieux. Monique est tout de meme venu nous rendre visite a la fin du séjour. Nous avons été très bien pris en charge au moindre soucis, Monique est très réactive. Merci encore pour l'accueil nous avons passé toutes les 8 un excellent séjour. A bientôt peut être !

Magnifique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Tout était parfait : la décoration apportée, la fonctionnalité de la maison, le coin piscine où nous avons passé de bons moments de détente et d amusement en famille . L’exceptionnel emplacement proche de la mer et du centre ville et la proximité des circuits qui nous permet de sillonner l’ile en vélo. A souligner l’accueil de Monique très disponible et à l écoute. Nous y reviendrons
