Thank you for the review. I'm glad everything went well during your stay. Come back and visit soon!
We were able to walk to downtown Mystic and the shipyard museum. Property was clean with great updates, great kitchen. We worked remotely for 2 of our days and had great Wi-Fi and comfortable places to work.
My family and I had a wonderful stay in this home for our first vacation getaway. All the small touches of convenience went a long way to make us feel comfortable. The house is beautifully designed and immaculate. It was also centrally located and easy to get to all of the local highlights & restaurants as we explored Mystic for the first time.

We are so happy you had a great time visiting and exploring Mystic and the surrounding area. Come back and visit soon!
Had a great vacation here with my family. House was perfect size, super clean. Great amenities, parking on site and walkable distance to many areas. Our only two complaints are 1) the lack of a back door mat (it was very wet and rainy during our trip) since we used the outdoor space and fire pit and 2) the couch is quite uncomfortable. Neither of these two things should deter anyone from staying here. The great location and cleanliness alone are worth the 5 star rating to us.
Property was newly renovated, clean, and provided everything needed for comfort and convenience. Easy walk to downtown Mystic while location avoids downtown traffic when coming and going by car.
The property was perfectly situated and walkable to restaurants and a beautiful part of town. I loved sitting in the backyard with a cup of tea and listening to the birds. The host was immediately responsive when we reached out with questions. Our stay was comfortable and we had the relaxing getaway we needed!
My family (including a 3-year old) stayed here in order to attend a winter festival event at Mystic Seaport. The house was great! It was safe for my child (be aware there is a flight of stairs to the bedrooms) and had space to play both indoors and outdoors. One of the bedrooms had enough room for my daughter's sleeping mat to go on the floor, since the beds are too big and too high off the floor for a child (we also saw a Pack'n'Play in the closet). The heat worked fine too, we were comfortable the whole weekend.

Thank you for the feedback and we would love to have you back in the future!
Fantastic location only about a ten-minute walk to downtown and the Seaport Museum. This is the most well stocked vacation rental I’ve stayed at with everything available to cook a meal in the kitchen, as well as plenty of towels etc…. The yard is great and we really enjoyed the outdoor gas fireplace. The property listing stated “ Get the house nice and toasty by lighting up a fire at the indoor gas operated fireplace.” However, there is no indoor gas fireplace. Regardless, I would not hesitate to rent this house again as it was perfect for my family.

It was a pleasure to host Patrick and his Family. We would want to host them again on the near future.
I've never rented a house that was so well stocked. Everything from the TV, to the cozy throw blankets, to the sponge tray in the sink was given lots of thought and was of very high quality. The house has obviously been recently renovated and was in pristine condition. Communication with the host was easy and informative. The house itself is on a quiet dead end street, only about 10 minutes walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Absolutely plan on staying here again.

Thank you so much for the kind feedback and we would love to host you again!
Great house in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the Mystic drawbridge - to restaurants, shops, and ice cream! House is walkable to Seaport Museum and only short drive to aquarium and Olde Mystic Shops. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts thought of everything. Only caution is front steps to house. Would not recommend with wheelchair or strollers - steep and uneven. Appreciated the instruction book with local recommendations. Would have loved a listening of local parks and playgrounds. It took us a few tries to locate basketball courts for teenage son. With all of the outdoor activity, walking, and good eating, it was so nice to fall into the cozy beds at the end of our days. They were very comfortable. We also worked while there and the wifi was quite reliable.
