We had an incredible stay at this home - the owner was kind, communicative, and left so many thoughtful touches for the holiday. From treats when we arrived to an incredibly well appointed home, to cozy blankets all around and wood for the fire - this was a spectacular week. Location also can’t be beat!

Outstanding stay overall. House had everything our little family needed - and some extras. Our host made sure we had all the necessities and was always available if we needed him (although we didn’t because the house was set up for success).

Highly recommend! The house is in a perfect location and walking distance to the downtown area. Stan was so responsive and a great host! We brought our dog and she enjoyed the fenced backyard! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful vacation in Mystic

We stayed in this lovely home again this summer. It is so convenient to get to downtown Mystic, the seaport and all the local spots. This is our second time staying here and already booked for a 3rd. The house is clean, well-stocked with anything you could need, spacious and great for pets!

Mystic Getaway

We had a fantastic stay in Mystic with our 3 month old. Stan was a phenomenal host and made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. The property itself was perfect for the three of us. Plenty of room to stretch out, relax, grill and take in everything the area has to offer. The location is exceptional - walking distance to downtown and a stones throw from the seaport museum and new Delamar hotel. We’ll be back!

Mystic Cape close to everything

Perfect location for a Mystic Getaway

Clean, spacious home with large outdoor deck that is located a short walk to the Seaport and also to the center of Mystic Village. We attended a family wedding at the Seaport and enjoyed walking to town along the Mystic River.

Classy and elegant house in a great location of Mystic

We enjoyed wonderful five night stay at this tasteful, spacious and home welcoming place with serene green grounds. The house is right next to Seaport Museum, Aquarium and downtown Mystic making it easy for short trips and making our time in Mystic a memorable one.

Lovely Mystic Home!

This house was perfect for our long weekend stay in Mystic. The house itself is very nice and modern. It has everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. It was very cozy and the deck was great for sitting outside on the nice nights we had. The location is also amazing. It's right across the street from the museum, and walking distance to the downtown area. It's also a very short drive to the other attractions in Mystic and neighboring towns. And last but not least is Stan. Excellent communication and very helpful recs for our stay. When we visit Mystic again this will definitey be our property of choice.

Mystic memories

My husband and pup stayed in this lovely home. Stan was extremely thorough and the home was as advertised. Great location, quiet but near town. Perfect for walking the dog and relaxing on the back deck. The home was extremely clean and had all you need to have a relaxing and or active vacation. We look forward to booking the property again very soon !

Home away from home

We stayed for a weekend for Connecticut College family weekend. Perfect location, walked to dinner in Mystic. Large open kitchen and grill were perfect to host my daughter and her friends for dinner. Well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend!

Wonderful home and neighborhood

We stayed in this amazing house for almost a week and it was perfect. A perfect quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors. A quiet street just a short walk away from so much action, such as the wonderful restaurant of the Delamar, water views, and the amazing Mystic Seaport Museum. So many kitchen tools and small details make it less like staying at a VRBO and more like staying at your own house with everything you need. We were able to travel easily with our pets and the fenced in backyard is an amazing perk. The only downside is we could not stay forever. Stan is very responsive and such a nice guy, even though we never met him in person. Exceptional experience!

Perfect House, Perfect Location

Our family of 6 loved this delightful house perfectly situated across the street from Mystic Seaport Museum. It was also a convenient walk to downtown. The house was charming, exceptionally clean, and well-appointed with all kinds of amenities. The chilled champagne, coffee, and snack bowl were appreciated by all. The new AC units in each room allowed everyone to find their perfect temperature. Stan was very communicative and easy to get in touch with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

AWESOME 50TH BIRTHDAY GIRLS GET-AWAY!

Thank you to Stan and his family! What a wonderful weekend! We arrived at a pristine home. The pictures clearly depict the home. It was the coziest and most welcoming stay - upon arrival, we encountered little personal touches like firewood, a beautiful card, champagne, glasses, coffee, and cream in the refrigerator. We loved that the house (all 5 ladies) was impeccably clean. We walked to Old Mystic and not too far from the center of town! The location was ideal. While we decided to stay in and spend most of the weekend at the VRBO- we felt all of our needs were met (towels, bedding blankets for the sofa, and wood for the fireplace. visit. We are already planning a summer visit at the same VRBO.
