Apartment for 4 people. Located on the raised ground floor of the "La Sapinière" residence with balcony. 300 m from the slopes and the nearest shops in Cernix.

Entrance with the bedroom opposite, equipped with 90cm bunk beds (with duvets and pillows).
Continuing on, the bathroom/toilet, heated towel rail, then at the end of the hallway, kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed (140cm).
Mini oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, large TV, speakers, raclette grill, and fondue set.
Balcony facing Mont Charvin equipped with a table and two chairs.

No smoking. Pets not allowed.

From winter 2025/2026: cleaning is included and mandatory.
