The apartment has been awarded 3 stars, is bright and friendly and invites you to feel good. The living room is equipped with a cozy TV area (couch, armchair, sideboard with TV - flat screen / radio and DVD player) and a dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room you can reach the sheltered, furnished terrace via a large patio door. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and crockery, continue to be available coffee maker, refrigerator, 4 plate stove, kettle and toaster. The bedroom in country style is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. All windows are equipped with insect screen, additionally in the bedroom there are blackout blinds. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, a wardrobe and 2 chairs. The bathroom has shower / WC.  A car parking space is available and a children's playground in the condominium (no noise pollution). Pets are not allowed. Bed linen is included in the rent, we ask towels inclusive. Non smoking. The tax is paid at the Tourist Office in Zempin.
