Great place!

It’s a great place to stay. Awesome back patio overlooking canal. Has everything you need including a grill that we used a couple times. Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Host

The home was exactly as presented and very comfortable. The host was very accommodating, as our travel plans changed for to a hurricane. He responded quickly to messages. Would definitely recommend.

Good place to stay if you like to fish on the canal.

This property worked for our needs as we are new to the area and don't have a home to live in as of yet. This property was about 5 minutes from my place of employment. It had pretty much everything we needed. We had a few concerns in regards to structur in the master bathroom. The floors were uneven and the toilet tilted to the left side. Ceilings were really low. There is an issue with the dryer venting. And there were some bugs but it is Florida so I'll give him that. Some of the outlets didn't work but we managed to make do with what was available. Home could use some improvements but again it worked for our needs while we were here.

Maybe a all guy trip

Dock behind house is nice. There is a new floor in dining/living area, and a couple nice pictures on the walls, but it ends there. Double wide not same color as add so we were not sure we were at the right place. Owner did not check in with us one time after we arrived to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything.. No power from outlets in either bathroom. Towel rack falling off the wall. Throw pillows are dirty. Found left over sock under kitchen table and a used washcloth between bedside table and bed. Needed exterminator treatment. We left 8 days early. Big disappointment.

Convenient, cozy, comfortable, peaceful, quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature.

Lots of room - bigger than expected. Very homey. Plenty of cooking equipment and serving dishes. Very comfortable beds. Watched a beautiful egret take off and fly away after having its dinner at the back yard by the dock. Fascinating! Recommend staying here.

Beyond Impressed!

This cool little house on the water was clean, SPACIOUS, and well stocked with EVERYTHING a house would need!! From pots & pans to specialized cooking utensils to nice towels, Jim thought of everything, and the candy was a nice touch!

Professional Bass Tournament on Lake Okeechobee

The Property was a perfect fit, had plenty of room for my bass boat and a personal launch into Tyler creek. Jim the property owner was great and help with anything we needed.

Wonderfull Host

As advertised and then some. We loved the location nice, quiet and safe. Beautiful canal view with lots of wildlife and fishing from the dock. Spent a lot of time in the large Florida room. Hosts were wonderful and helped us out of a though spot.Would definitely rent from them again! We'll be back. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality
