This charming log cabin offers a boat dock and is perfectly situated on the canal with access to Lake Okeechobee! Cozy and quiet, this beautiful home features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with plenty of space to relax with an outdoor patio overlooking the water. A bonus feature is the swing for two located on the dock and perfect for viewing Florida's breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Pet friendly; no dog fencing, be careful with pets. The garage is not included. Fishermen, your fishing paradise awaits you! Swimming is not permitted, however, the white sandy beaches are less than hour away. Nice sunrise and sunset views. Town has great shopping and restaurants 5 minutes away. This vacation rental is a hidden gem located close to great shopping, beaches, and outdoor entertainment for those who wish to travel and explore.

The house was nice and on the canal. There’s plenty of seating for the family in the living room and on the back porch to hang out. Checking in and out were easy with no hassle. Only downside is since it’s a wood home you hear the traffic from the street outside and everyone inside when they move while trying to sleep, especially since the king is upstairs in the loft.

We wished our stay was longer in this beautiful cabin! Thank you Michael for allowing us to visit, we had a great few relaxing days post Disney with our two kiddoes before flying home and couldn’t have been happier. 10/10, all the stars. :)

My family, friends and I had an amazing time celebrating my husband's 40th birthday! The cabin is beautiful, clean and comfortable. So many spots to sleep, tons of blankets and pillows. We didn't need to worry about anything. Mike is a phenomenal host, responding to all of my questions quickly. Everything about this cabin is wonderful but the dock was our favorite spot. We will definitely be back!!!

Awesome birthday weekend

This was such a lovely home. The pictures don’t do justice for the inside. Everything was so clean and ready for guests. If you’re looking for a northern cabin feeling getaway, this is definitely the place to visit!

Home away from home

The log cabin was exactly what I was looking for. It felt like we we were back in the country again. The mornings were so peaceful waking up, watching the sunrise from the loft. Drinking my coffee on the porch watching the cows across the road was so relaxing. The view of the lake was so serene while swinging on the dock swing. Perfect touch to a perfect place. Mike couldn’t be nicer, he was always available with any questions or concerns. I intend to go back again yearly.

The cabin was very cozy and floor plan opened up for great family time. The outdoor patio was very relaxing and the extra dock with the swing was nice and pleasant Would definitely stay again or recommend Michael the home owner was quick to respond and very easy to relate with

Very clean property as advertised. Could use some maintenance TLC. Bathroom door upstairs not installed. Shower drain upstairs leaking through to the main floor - could not use it. Timer on dock lights not working. No operable grill. Overall nice property close to everything.

We had agreat time!

House was exactly as described, very cute. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and to cook. Nice sized porch in the back and a dock to enjoy the outdoors, added bonus was big traeger pellet grill to use.

Comfortable Cabin in a great location

My husband and I planned this fishing trip with my sister and her husband. We ended up with their two older sons coming along and the cabin had plenty of room for us all. There was plenty of room for parking for our two trucks and two boats. It is on a busier road so backing in is recommended for easier pulling out with the boats. The dock and back porch were great for evening fishing and cooking our catches of the day. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom accommodations were more than sufficient. The cabin is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and several boat ramps and accesses to the lake. The owner was easy to communicate with and he offered tips and suggestions on fishing and ramp locations. Check in and check out instructions were clear. We will book again for our next fishing trip to Okeechobee.
