Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this apartment for rent in Chamrousse, with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance. It has a surface area of 38 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 11th floor with lift access, it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a sleeping area and a bathroom with bathtub. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- An east-facing balcony with a table and two folding chairs to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Lake Vernon below the residence: pleasant for walks, summer bar, outdoor gym area, skatepark
- Skatepark and Luge Park within walking distance
- Le Recoin de Chamrousse (on foot or by shuttle bus) departure point for:
The ski slopes and winter sports activities (in winter), The Nordic Park, The ice rink, The cable car (open in winter and on certain weekends/public holidays the rest of the year)
- Access to hiking trails and the Himalayan footbridge with panoramic views
- Hikes in the surrounding countryside, forest and mountain pastures
- Mountain biking and mountain sports in summer (equipment hire on site)
- Family activities and regular entertainment depending on the season
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private underground car park (numbered spaces) or in the car park located at the bottom of the building.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Grenoble train station is approximately 45 minutes away
- Grenoble-Alpes Isère Airport is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes away by car.
- Local seasonal shuttle buses serve the various districts of Chamrousse, including Vernon, Recoin and Roche-Béranger.
- From Grenoble train station, you can take a direct bus (Transisère or Flixbus line depending on the time of year), which stops right in front of the Le Vernon building.
Other remarks:
- No Wi-Fi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
