Bright, friendly first floor apartment with terrace and access to the garden

This apartment is characterized by the quiet location in a housing estate. The center is 300 meters and to the Baltic Sea beach about 800 meters. From July to September is only a weekly rental (Sat.-Sa.) Possible.
The rental price is inclusive of energy costs. There is no Wi-Fi available.
The final cleaning is 50.-Euro and is to be paid locally.
For dogs the final cleaning costs 20.- Euro for the 1. Dog, each additional dog costs 10.- Euro.
Please bring bed linen or for 10.- Book Euro per person. Please remember to bring towels.

Please note: the tourist tax is 1.20 per person in low season (1.10.-30.4.) And 2.80 per person in high season (1. 5.-30.9.).

There is no Wi-Fi in the house, however, there is a free Wi-Fi access and a computer in the library in the village.
The tastefully furnished apartment is located in a modern apartment building on spacious grounds. The Non smoking apartment with 52 m² living space is located on the ground floor. It consists of a living / dining room with sofa, satellite TV, DVD player, dining table and a kitchenette (oven, dishwasher). The sofa can be taken off (125 x 200cm) and it offers space for the third person. The double room has a standard double bed (180 x 200cm). A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the offer. The apartment has central heating.


Dogs are allowed (max 3 quadrupeds)
From your terrace you have access to the communal garden with lawn. Since the property is fenced off only from three sides, you should not let your dog run unattended in the garden. A parking space, as well as a bicycle shed are on the property.

Restaurants, bars and shops are within a few hundred meters. The beach is about 800 meters.

In spring and autumn Zingst is a natural paradise of a special kind. At the time, up to 30,000 cranes were resting on the train from southern to northern Europe. Pramort, located at the eastern end of the peninsula in the National Park, is one of the largest cranes in Central Europe. The arrival of the great birds is an impressive, beautiful and sustainable experience. The cranes are particularly good to observe from the ship. Boat trips to the Pramort start from Zingster Harbor. But even in the summer months Pramort is an attractive destination. Worth seeing is the 13 m high dune 'Hohe Düne' northwest of Pramort.
