Beautiful, well appointed two floor 3 BR - 3 Full Bath condo across a one lane street from the mountain's base and lift (It may take you all of two minutes to walk to Lift #7). Breathtaking and gorgeous mountain views through two huge picture windows facing both South and West. This is a Light and Airy condo. Five minute walk to the center of historic town of Telluride with tons of restaurants, bars, shops and outfitters. Two minute walk to a well stocked grocery store with lots of organic and gourmet items. Covered parking space, on street parking permit for nearby zone A for extra car, ski locker, shared jacuzzi and fast speed internet connection included. Condo is right across the street from the San Miguel River which a walking, biking and cross country ski trail going miles up and down valley. Telluride Business License #224


FIRST FLOOR: Large living room with comfortable and sunny alcove; High Cathedral ceiling above living, dining and kitchen areas. Extra large L shaped couch that can be used for sleeping. Separate Master Bedroom with King size bed, full (and fancy) bath. Separate entrance to MBR balcony;

This Telluride condo was perfect for us. If you ski, the ski lift is directly across the street! It's a short walk to the main area of town. The hosts are very kind with excellent communication. Highly recommended!

The host accommodated us when our flight canceled to stay an extra day which really helped us out. The unit was located extremely close to the double lift number 7 as well as the gondola and was very short walking distance into town. The heating situation in the downstairs was the only thing that stop me from giving this a five-star review because it was a little cold, but definitely would not stop being from booking this unit again.

Perfect location in Old Town Telluride

We came for a music festival and loved the location, just a couple blocks from Main street's shops and restaurants and a 10 minutes walk from the festival grounds.

Perfect Ski Trip!

Telluride is a magical place! The condo was perfect for our family! Excellent location, conveniently located across the street from the bus stop and close to Lift 7 and walking distance to several restaurants and the grocery store. The condo was clean and well stocked for cooking. The owner was incredibly prompt with his responses and went above and beyond with recommendations to make our stay wonderful. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

Great stay

The location of this Condo was perfect. It was as close to ski in ski out as possible without being on the mountain. A quick walk across the street and you were at the lift. Local shuttle picks up right across the street as well. We found it a great way to travel around Telluride. Hosts were very helpful with suggestions and very responsive. Internet was able to support our remote work needs with no problems.

Four adults stayed for Blues and Brews festival. Excellent location in town. Walked to everything. Owners were super communicative and helpful. The place was comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location

Especially for skiing this spot can't be beat. You can see the lift from the living room window and with the ski storage and hot tub also next to the property it's perfect. Walking trail to town and parking for 2 vehicles. I'd definitely stay again

Great Location

The condo is walking distance to the restaurants in town. Chair 7 and the gondola are both an easy walk. Great location. Was very clean and comfortable for guys skiing trip. Highly recommend.

Skiing in Telluride

Location is across from Lift 7 and an easy walk to downtown. While there were a couple of minor issues upon arrival (e.g. bad cable/internet modem), the owner immediately and quickly had them rectified. I would recommend to anyone.

Lovely Family Condo in Telluride

This condo was perfect for our 5-member family. We loved the views from the den, the walking distance to town, and the sound of the river nearby. The condo was well-stocked and clean. The owner went out of his way to give thorough instructions and make everything comfortable for our stay.

Christmas in Telluride

Our family of seven adults fit perfectly into this Condo, which was just as described in the listing and reviews. Henry was a delight—kind, helpful, responsive and truly interested in our having a good stay. The best host/owner I’ve interacted with in our 20 years of VRBO experience. The condo was clean and the location was great! We cooked a lot, including baking Christmas cookies, and found everything g we needed between the well-stocked property and the super convenient Clark’s Market. An excellent stay!

Perfect Location, Great Home

This place was the perfect size for our group of 5 adults to enjoy a ski week in Telluride, and we barely needed a car given the perfect location. The hosts were among the best we’ve ever had, and were very communicative and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Outstanding Stay

The condo is outstanding and the location in town couldn't be better. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With a large sunlit living room, a well stocked kitchen, three bedrooms + a bed in the loft area, a full bathroom in each bedroom, and incredible views up Lift 7 all made our Xmas in Telluride a special one. Perfect ski vacation

This condo was perfect for our cousin ski trip. Location is excellent and there was a bed for each of the 5 guys. Communication was great with Henry and we had no issues. Village is the place to be for a guys ski trip and this place is great.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Very short walk to lift #7. We walked downtown to restaurants which was nice but there is a convenient bus if you prefer. The host was easy to reach and 100% reliable in helping us with any questions that came up. Highly recommend!

Location,Location, Location!

We loved the location and amenities. The condo needs cosmetic upgrading, but the space was well equipped and roomier than expected. Parking was fabulous. Proximity to lift and rentals was awesome. We loved the small crowd in Telluride. We almost felt like no one was there in that part of town.
