Caretakers -Split level Pet Friendly $50 Fee

Apartment on the back of the Main House w/ separate entrance. First floor in small living room w/ 2 chairs & Bathroom, climb 12 stairs up to kitchen/bedroom. Kitchenette, range, refrigerator Keurig Duo. Double Bed w/ very small twin suitable for child. Bathroom is a wet room style bath-entire room becomes the shower (shower over the toilet). Please see pictures for more detail. We decorate for Halloween! See pictures!



Pet friendly w/ a $50 per pet cleaning fee, must be registered when booking. No unregistered pets allowed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Convenient to downtown

Stayed a couple of nights in order to enjoy the Wolfeboro Christmas parade and tree lighting as well as the Nutcracker at Kingswood Performing Arts Center. Apartment is cozy and within walking distance of downtown area for entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

Cozy retreat

The Caretakers cottage is cozy and a great place for a short stay. I enjoyed my time there. There's a nice grocery store just a two minute walk down the road. The bike trail and WWII Museum are steps away. You can easily walk downtown to restaurants as well.

Why they chose this property

While we purchased the property in 2021, it has been welcoming guests since 1938. We fell in love with this property the first time we visited. It reminded us of the kind of place our huge family would like to stay at. It is not far from our summer home and we look forward to embracing traditions while offering modern amenities.

What makes this property unique

We provide the following amenities free of charge for our guests: beach passes, kayaks, bicycles, paddle boards, charcoal, two gas grills in common, firewood for the firepits, coffee starter packs, linens, paper goods, board games, basic spices, and basic toiletries.
