The cottage features a private hot tub, a cozy fire pit, fully equipped kitchen and an amazing location. Minutes to Gunstock, Bank of NH Pavillion, NH Speedway, Tilton outlets, hiking and more! After a day of exploration, return to the cottage and unwind on the enclosed front porch. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the sounds of nature, and let your worries drift away. Exterior cameras are in place for security purposes (front door, driveway, fire pit, back yard, hot tub).

You must shower before going in the hot tub. No glass allowed in the hot tub and it must be secured properly when not in use.
Clean up all pet waste and bag it with regular trash. All trash must be bagged, tied and put into barrels. AWD/4WD required in winter months.
Cameras are on the exterior of the home for insurance purposes. Tampering with cameras guests will be asked to leave with no refund

Love this house ... perfect for me and my pup... host checked in constantly to make sure everything was ok... one small glitch and she took care of immediately!! House is warm... shower has hot water ... (I didn't use hot tub so cannot review) ... Thank you!

Great place

Quiet, peaceful location. Great for relaxing and being close to the water, plus a private hot tub. Everything was very comfortable. I’m so glad I could come for a few days with my dog.

Fantastic place!

We loved the house and the area. The place was really very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was very peaceful and everyone we met was very friendly. The host made herself available, but we felt like we already had everything we needed on site. We wish we could have stayed more nights!

Fantastic getaway

This cozy little cabin was the perfect getaway. The kitchen was stocked with a variety of spices and plenty of pots/pans for cooking! Alexa was very responsive and the paddle boarding was great.

Had a great stay

The property is really nice inside. Property is a little close to neighbours when out in the hob tub. Owner was very easily contactable. We stayed when snow on the ground I am sure it would be a nice spot in the summer.

Cozy Getaway

Lovely little cottage with everything as described in listing. We loved how well-equipped the kitchen was, really convenient for preparing meals. We had a little trouble getting in initially, and the host was immediately available by phone and helped us through it. Nice and quiet this time of year, and convenient to area attractions. Would definitely stay again!

Cute place extremely clean and pretty ouch everything is provided so you really don’t need to bring anything - it was quiet at night and other people around are friendly - close to the race track and close romances if you are looking for more of a scene

Hot tub is awesome!

Awesome place for a getaway. The cottage is fully stocked and has everything you could need. The hot tub is especially nice and is in tip top shape. Loved being in the hot tub and watching the stars. Enjoyed the fire pit! Barbequed on the grill and ate dinner on the porch .porch. Kitchen was easy to cook ineverything.

Great place to relax in!

We wanted to get away for a mini vaca to unwind and relax and this was the perfect place to do so! So clean, beautifully decorated and the hot tub was absolutely amazing. The little details like the plates, cups, etc. we’re so cute! We had a great time. Would recommend to people 100%!

Peaceful location

This was the perfect location for a short getaway! Check out was slightly early at 10am. I would recommend having check out be at 11am as there are some check out tasks to complete. Overall, we had an amazing time!

Cool, secluded spot

Very comfortable, clean, and fun spot. My wife always wanted to enjoy a hot tub in the winter and this place made her very happy! We went to the Ice Castles about an hour away, which was a fun time. I really enjoyed the area, which has a few wineries that we visited. The home is in a small neighborhood but we only saw one other family on an afternoon. Overall, extremely peaceful and a nice getaway.

Cute Cottage

The cottage was cute. More lived in than the pictures posted. Hot tub is not private as you can see neighbors all around you. Cottage can use more towels. If you do decide to use the hot tub, no extra towels are provided.

Excellent cozy little getaway

We had a nice stay on a rainy April weekend. We enjoyed the hot tub and the peaceful escape from the city. We did have to go to TJ Maxx for some extra towels and a robe bc we hadn’t fully read all the info and didn’t come prepared with our own extra towels for the hot tub. There were 2 bath towels and 2 face cloths each which probably would not have been enough for both of us even if we didn’t use the hot tub, so that is simply something to be aware of if you stay here. Other than that everything was nice and clean, quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.
